"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."

The hotel front desk was very considerate and helped the five of us to arrange a suite (one door into the room, two rooms facing each other on the left and right). Our room had a microwave, and my friend's room could also cook, with a balcony and a nice view."

"Came back here again after 5days trip to easter island. It is good that they keep the luggages. Location is just perfect. Three minutes from costanera center and 5 minutes from MUT. VERY nice neighborhood."

"The room is quite nice, with a kitchen and microwave that can heat things. There are no toothbrushes or slippers. If you need a toothbrush, go to the front desk to get one. It's free. It is very close to the city center and is suitable for business activities. There is a bus to the airport, but it is charged. I don’t know how much it is, but it is about 200 or more per person; Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 o'clock, which is quite rich. The downside is that there is no soup. You can check in in advance. The room type was not packed out when you checked in, so you were upgraded for free."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."
