"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."

"The hotel is located in the financial new district, which is a safe area. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a subway downstairs. It takes less than 30 minutes to get there by taxi from the airport. The room is a good size for two people, and there is a large balcony where you can enjoy the scenery outside. There is also a laundry room upstairs, which is also very convenient. You need to pay by coin or scan code. There is a small supermarket, convenience store, breakfast restaurant, and Red Hat Pizza downstairs. In short, it is very convenient. The only thing to point out is that the front desk is very difficult to find. It is in the room at the end of the corridor on the right side of the elevator on the 2nd floor. Note that the door of the room is still closed. We went up and down several times and finally asked the concierge to take us up."

"Hotel very well located. Good facilities. Regular cleaning, inside the box, a lot of dirt never being hygienized. Unspotted to keep clothes, despite having two double beds. Fast passage hotel two or three nights. The hotel offers liquid sabotage and shampoo, but the liquid sabotage is limited for a few nights, we leave the pot empty and they don't rest, at the reception when questioning are gross and they say it was a courtesy and you are damned."

"It was a good stay for a trip with colleagues. The only problem was that you had to make your own breakfast, but everything else was fine and reasonably priced. It's convenient for getting around and close to the city center. Overall, it was a good stay."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"The overall it's really good because the hotel it's firstly very well located as it's close to main Street (excellent transport) but in a small street. Very close to nice dining and commercial areas. It seems Brand New so everythings Shiny and very clean, people a very nice. I would say the only issues are the very bad window frames which don't isolate the noise of the street and I imagine also the cold weather in winter and the pillows which are uncomfortable. Beside those two points the hotel is fantastic"

"The room is OK, but a little small, but I was transiting in Madrid, so it was OK to stay for one night. The hygiene was OK. The service was OK. The room was relatively quiet."
