"As an Atour member, I decisively chose to stay at Atour when visiting Sayram Lake this time, making it convenient for a second visit the next day, even though Atour's room rates were almost double those of other hotels. The quality at Atour is always guaranteed; the facilities are good, the bedding is comfortable, and the hygiene is reassuring. Upon arrival, a slightly plump lady at the entrance helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. Both check-in and check-out came with complimentary souvenirs, and the service was truly excellent. However, there are a few things worth mentioning. Initially, I tried to book through the Atour mini-program, but it consistently showed no availability. So I checked other hotels on Trip.com, and to my surprise, Atour had rooms there, so I booked immediately. But because I booked through a third-party app, member benefits like room upgrades weren't available, which I understand given it's a popular scenic spot and rooms are in high demand. My room was on the first floor, right next to the hotel's main entrance. Around 1 AM, a large tour group seemed to arrive, creating a lot of noise that severely impacted my sleep. I called the front desk twice to ask them to remind the guests to lower their voices and keep quiet, but it didn't have much effect. The situation lasted for nearly an hour until all the guests had checked in and it finally quieted down. Although the duty manager called to apologize later, I still feel that the hotel's management needs to be strengthened."

The park's landscape is thoughtfully designed, with winding paths, gravel landscaping, and artfully shaped cherry trees. Even in the rain, the paved surfaces remained neat and mud-free. It's easy to snap beautiful photos of the architecture, lawns, and the distant grasslands and snow-capped mountains. The view from the higher-floor rooms is absolutely stunning; opening the window offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the vast grasslands and distant mountains. Watching the sunset in the evening creates an incredibly immersive atmosphere, eliminating the need to specially go to the lakeside to enjoy the wilderness. The commercial facilities within the park are remarkably comprehensive, with Cotti Coffee, local specialty shops, convenience stores, and unique restaurants all conveniently located. After exploring the lake area at night, whether you want to buy snacks, bottled water, pick up Xinjiang souvenirs, or have a simple meal, everything is just a few steps downstairs. This eliminates long trips for shopping, making the area's convenience factor leaps and bounds ahead of other scenic areas. For self-driving tourists, parking and charging facilities are top priorities, and this hotel sets the gold standard. The vast open-air parking lot is spacious, with generously sized and well-organized parking spaces, comfortably accommodating SUVs, RVs, and large tourist buses. There are also yogurt zongzi, special noodles, hot porridge, cold appetizers, and even several healthy herbal teas. Ingredients are fresh, food is kept warm, and staff constantly replenish and clean, ensuring you're fully energized before heading out to explore the lake for the day. Every evening at 10 PM, the hotel organizes a collective bonfire party, where guests from all corners of the world sit around chatting, unwinding from the fatigue of long drives. The staff provides consistently warm and considerate service, with efficient and quick check-in, and proactively shares tips on less-known scenic spots around the lake. Considering the park environment, charging and parking facilities, room cleanliness, recreational amenities, and evening activities, the Crystal Hotel is more than just a temporary stopover; it significantly enhances the travel experience. For a visit to Sayram Lake, this hotel is definitely a top choice."

"🙂 Sharing a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Bole. Last night, we returned to Bole City from Sayram Lake Scenic Area after 10 PM. We had booked the Bole Xihai Lijing Hotel (Bole Grand Bazaar Branch) in advance. The hotel is located right next to the Grand Bazaar, with beautiful night views and convenient parking. The lobby was very comfortable, with a luxurious and warm decor. The receptionists were friendly and attentive. The room was even more satisfying; it was very warm, fully equipped with smart technology including a smart toilet, automatic curtains, a smart bathroom mirror, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, and even included an emergency flashlight, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was on the third floor, beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately, we forgot the breakfast time and arrived late the next morning; the restaurant had already closed. However, a lovely lady in the restaurant said they had some side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and milk, and offered to prepare them for us if possible. Surprisingly, the side dishes were plentiful and delicious, including incredibly tasty braised beef. The milk was also authentic and rich, making for a truly satisfying meal. I'm so grateful for the hotel restaurant's attentive service! 🌹🌹 Also, there's a Snow Lotus Restaurant next to the hotel entrance, with luxurious decor and a strong exotic flair. It's always brightly lit and packed at night. On our evening at the hotel, we had a hot and comforting lamb soup rice (everything at the restaurant was delicious, but it was too late to try it). During this trip, I only stayed one night at the hotel and didn't have time to explore the bazaar. Next time I'm in Bole, this hotel will be my go-to place! ❤🥰🥰"

"A person came to Sailimu Lake to relax, the view of the lake grassland camp is excellent, and the sunset is sunk into the mountains alone in the evening, and the filming is a blockbuster. The mobile tent is particularly well kept warm. The electric blanket is full of warmth, with a thick sleeping bag, and the starry sky will not tremble late at night. "Traveling to Sailim Lake with two elders and a child, a total of five of us, I chose this hotel because the room type met my needs – we could all stay together. The two elders slept in the twin beds near the entrance; they wake up early, so they could get ready and go out for breakfast. We slept with our child in the inner king-sized bed room, which could be closed off for privacy. The king-sized bed even had a massage function, which was a super pleasant surprise! Xinjiang trips can be quite tiring, so lying in bed for a massage at night was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was good, offering everything you'd expect, and the environment was pleasant. My daughter absolutely loved this place. The hotel butler also communicated with us beforehand and thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks, yogurt, and a fridge magnet. So considerate! Excellent stay!"
