"One of the most satisfactory hotels in Xinjiang, the room is relatively large, the overall feeling is very transparent, and the hygiene is quite good. The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable. Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey. There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great. The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"This is our second time staying at Chao Ke. Last year we stayed in the Mountain View Room, and this year we opted for the Sphere Room. The view is consistently amazing, and the breakfast selection is excellent. They even provide complimentary children's amenities. Luggage assistance was available, and the underfloor heating kept the room perfectly warm at night. It was a bit stuffy and the AC wasn't very effective during the day, but other than that, everything was great."

Hygiene: The basic hygiene of the hotel is OK Environment: The hotel is in the center of Bole City, and the surrounding facilities are complete. Bole Municipal Inves**ent is huge, and it is built like a tourist city, clean and tidy. Service: As an economy hotel, the service response is in place. The air conditioner in the room I just checked in was broken, and I was immediately changed to another room. But I asked the floor attendant for a toothpick and was told that there was none 😂"

"The hotel has a great location, very convenient from the airport. Because my flight was delayed, I didn't arrive at the hotel until after 3 AM, and the front desk kindly called to check on me; they were very patient. My family missed breakfast in the morning, and they even offered to pack some for me to take back to the room – I'm extremely grateful. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very warm, had a humidifier, and a smart toilet. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any photos."

"I chose Atour because I really like its decor style. Personally, I think it has a more artistic vibe than the InterContinental and AC next door. Honestly, the lake view rooms here don't offer as good a view as the InterContinental and AC; you're likely to be facing the construction site next door. So, I opted for a mountain view room, hoping the rooftop would make up for it. The mountain view room offers a glimpse of the snowy mountains to the south, but the foreground is the hotel's entrance road and the InterContinental and AC buildings next door. For privacy, I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, so from a value-for-money perspective, a standard room type would have been better. The rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset, and if you're lucky, you might even catch the 'golden peaks' effect at sunrise. However, the southern view is blocked by the InterContinental's rooftop, so you can't get a shot of the southern snowy mountains and the lake in the same frame. There's a very friendly little cat at the hotel entrance; it saw me raise my phone and immediately came over to rub against my leg. Overall, if you just want a comfortable stay, you can't go wrong with Atour. But you really can't expect too much from the views. After all, the hotels by the lake are all a bit of a distance from it. For the best views, you really need to go into the scenic area or at least to an open space 1-2 km in front of the hotel."

"I'm so glad I went! The weather was fantastic. The hotel is newly opened, but there was no smell of renovation, so it must have been finished some time ago. The service was good, and it was very clean. The lake and mountain views from the window were amazing, and the price was incredibly reasonable. We even saw a glimpse of the sunrise over the mountains around 10 am! The visitor center is right across from the hotel, making it very convenient to enter the scenic area. It only takes about two minutes to buy tickets and enter the area by car."

"Five-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!"

"Highly recommended hotel! It's a detached villa design, so no elevator, but a butler kindly helps with luggage, which was excellent. It's also very close to Sayram Lake. They upgraded our room, and I absolutely loved the decor. The bathroom was huge, and you could even see Sayram Lake and the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the room. The breakfast restaurant was also spacious with great views. Recommended!"
