"The front desk staff were warm and responsible. Cering Drölma (or Tsering Drolma) escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained the in-room facilities. The room was clean and tidy with a large balcony and an expansive view. Room service was also excellent; items we requested were delivered promptly, and we even received a complimentary sweet red bean soup for supper. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. We experienced both the hotel's singing bowl sound therapy and the ******* Six Healing Exercises, both of which were fantastic and helped alleviate our travel fatigue. Plus, you can see the Potala Palace from the 8th floor!"

"Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!"

"This hotel offers high-quality, central diffused oxygen for 18 hours a day. The room is equipped with medical-grade diffused oxygen, and you can even use a nasal cannula while lying in bed, which is incredibly convenient. There's also a humidifier, which is a lifesaver given how dry Lhasa is. It truly makes a big difference. All the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and responsible. When we checked in, they immediately asked if we were experiencing any altitude sickness and inquired about our future plans. They even served us Rhodiola rosea tea, which was delicious and helped alleviate altitude sickness. A dedicated staff member helped us with our luggage to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Arriving at high altitude, you definitely feel some effects, and their help with our bags was a huge relief. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around. They offer shuttles to attractions like the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, or you can easily catch a taxi. It only takes about 10 minutes to reach the city center, so getting around is a breeze. Right outside the hotel is the Lhasa River, where you can feed water birds. The scenery is beautiful, and our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend!"

"This Atour service is particularly warm and intimate, all employees are very polite and care about the guests. The family room I lived in was very satisfied, very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. "The service here is super nice. When I first checked in, my suitcase was very heavy, and the housekeeper helped me lift it up. I was very touched. The facilities and bedding in the room are very comfortable. One day, they specially prepared zongzi for breakfast on Dragon Boat Festival. The yak beef and local watermelon that the boss gave me were very delicious. The boss's wife also helped me put on ******* clothes and matched accessories for me. It was super beautiful. "The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful."

"The ”Ping” An Xile welcome gift included fruit. The hotel has an infirmary, which is reassuring for those who come to the plateau on short notice (in case of sudden altitude sickness). The cost of 780 [yuan] is a bit high, but medical staff are available 24 hours a day. The front desk service was good, and the room service was excellent. However, there was a smell of yak butter in the room, which might be unpleasant for those who don't like that kind of scent. The room was very spacious with a lot of Tibetan-style decor. Breakfast was poor and not recommended."
