"🌊 Great Service and Beach Location, But a Few Things to Know! We had a mixed but overall good experience here, mostly thanks to the wonderful staff. The Positives & The Room ✨ The service here is genuinely good! We originally booked a standard Twin room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Family room. The upgraded room was absolutely awesome—very big, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Even though the hotel building itself feels a little bit old and dated, the spacious room really made up for it. Location & Beach 🏖️ The hotel is located right by the sea, which is beautiful. There are a few cafes right on the beach, though keep in mind their menus are quite limited. Also, unless you are visiting during the peak hot summer season, you won't be able to swim in the ocean because of the weather. The Downsides: Pool & Noise 🚧 Since we couldn't swim in the sea, we were hoping to use the pool, but unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed. I highly recommend contacting the hotel to check if the pool is operating before you book! The biggest issue during our stay, however, was the noise. There was active construction going on, and they were constantly fixing the roof next door. It was quite noisy and definitely disrupted the peaceful beach vibe. Bottom Line: A great beachfront location with excellent service and spacious rooms, but definitely double-check the pool and construction status before your trip! "In conclusion: The hotel is located near the old cross-sea bridge at the southern tip of Pingtan Island. It's in a relatively remote location, but the environment is close to the sea, so it's recommended for those traveling by car as it's convenient for getting around. Environment: The hotel has several buildings, with a maximum of three units per floor, all near the sea. My room had a balcony, which was very pleasant to look at the sea, the bridge, and the waves on sunny days. Delivery options are limited; the few that do offer delivery require using JD.com. Service: Adding the front desk on WeChat resulted in a message with information about WiFi, breakfast, and driving routes – a thoughtful and natural service. Breakfast: It deserves special mention because although the selection was limited, the food was quite good, and I enjoyed it. Cleanliness: Overall, it was very good and pleasant. There was a minor leak in the sink drain, but it didn't affect the overall rating."

"The homestay is newly opened. I thought I was going the wrong way in an old community. After I went in, I found it was not bad. I was not fooled by the picture, and I liked the room furnishings very much. When they checked in, they were still live in the room. Many netizens should like this room. The atmosphere is very good at night. The projector has a few blue lights on the top of my head, which affects me, a person who can fall asleep in all black. Normal people don't care. The homestay is very quiet. This is very satisfactory! Because there is no noise on the top floor."
