This guesthouse, nestled deep on Pingtan Island, was a gem I found online while planning my Chinese New Year trip there. The guesthouse owner and the manager were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped me with my luggage and even upgraded me to a larger room for free. This made our holiday even more special during the Chinese New Year period. It's also pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along! The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the guesthouse entrance, perfect for a relaxing stroll and enjoying the sea breeze. The guesthouse has five buildings with about 18 rooms. Breakfast is served individually, and the preserved egg and lean pork congee with an egg and 'Shilaiyunzhuan' handmade bun was absolutely delicious – I'd happily have it again! If I ever return to Pingtan Island, I'll definitely be staying here.

From the moment I inquired about the reservation over the phone, the butler actively introduced the local tourist routes. After arriving at the place, I was not disappointed. The scenery was great and the sanitary facilities were also nice👍! A small incident happened on the way. As the local electric vehicles are well developed, after chasing the blue tears that night, when we were still 1.9 kilometers away from the homestay, the electric vehicle ran out of power. I had no choice but to contact Zhang Guanjia at 12 o'clock in the night. Zhang Guanjia was very responsible and found a car to find us on the deserted roundabout road. The best part was the small courtyard; enjoying the sea breeze and tea in the evening was simply wonderful! 🌊 Amazing Location: Just a few minutes' walk to the beach, so you don't have to get up early to watch the sunrise; you can stroll there in flip-flops. Watching for the bioluminescent plankton is also hassle-free; the location recommended by the receptionist was spot-on, and we actually saw it—it was definitely worth the trip! 🍜 Delicious Food: All the restaurants recommended by the receptionist were delicious, and none were disappointing. 👏 Friendly and Excellent Service: The receptionist was incredibly approachable and responded promptly to any requests via WeChat. I'll definitely come back! In short, if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Pingtan that's close to the sea and has a friendly atmosphere, this is the place to go!

The room was absolutely stunning! The moment I opened the door, I knew the ocean view was worth every penny. You can definitely get some amazing photos right from your room. It's clear the owner has a great eye for design. The amenities in the room were also very comprehensive – even a Dyson hairdryer and facial tissues in the bathroom, which shows real attention to detail. We drove here, and parking was super convenient and free. The butler's service attitude was excellent too. And breakfast was quite tasty. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Pingtan!

1. There are many room types. If you book early, you will have more choices. I made a late reservation and only booked the large room for 3 nights. It was very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and a very large space. In the next few days, we can only book a small room. Although it is small, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also very good. What we can see is the trees in the garden, which is particularly artistic. If you book in advance, you can contact the store owner to ask about a larger room or a room with a better view. The one I know of that has the best view in a large room is the Black Swan 305. I wish everyone good luck in booking a satisfactory room. 2. Their B&B has several buildings. I stayed in Building 3 of Black Swan, which is a villa. It is really good. The lobby is spacious and has a table tennis table, a pool table, and a mahjong table. There is also an oversized dining table in the lobby on the first floor, which can be used for family gatherings with many people. 3. Hygiene: clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. We lost the original charger for our mobile phone and she was busy helping us find it. Thanks auntie. 4. Service: Very good. The store owner and a handsome young man are very nice and enthusiastic, and helped us coordinate the room. 5. The geographical location is not directly on the sea, so you need to drive to the seaside. The B&B is located in the county town, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to order takeout and take a taxi. It's also close to Pingtan Station. The B&B is located in the middle of the attraction line, so it is very convenient to travel on the northern or southern route.

It was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient. It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

It is highly recommended for families traveling with children. The environment is very good, and every place is very photogenic. It is very close to the beach, only one minute's walk to the beach, with a swimming pool, and tools for catching seafood are also provided. You can also cook. The beach is like an independent beach, with few people and very quiet. It is best to drive by yourself. It may not be very convenient to take a taxi here. It is very suitable for people who like to roam. It is a little distance from the county town, but it only takes more than ten minutes to drive to Tannan Bay. Tannan Bay is really worth going. It is too beautiful, and there are many delicious foods nearby. We basically ate in the county town or near Tanlan Bay. The boss was very nice and enthusiastic. He answered all questions. The stay was quite pleasant. The only dissatisfaction was that the boss recommended two seafood restaurants nearby, which were really not delicious 😭. The rest of the county town delicacies we went to by ourselves, the fat woman and fat boy food stalls, Li Ji seafood porridge, and the station night market are worth eating hahaha

Garden Hotel, old-fashioned style, complete facilities, large area, and decent room size, but it is obvious that the maintenance of the stalls is not up to par, and it is a bit old, not very top-notch, but the star level is definitely there. The price, facilities, environment, and service are all suitable in the tourist area, and the cost performance is extremely high, and it is worth staying.

The sign on the roof is large and easy to see. The entrance of the B&B faces the sea, and the scenery is very good on a sunny day. I didn’t even tell him when I got it, so I thought I’d forget it and just drink it. Then after a while, he realized that he had made a mistake and asked me to make a new cup for me. He was still very happy! Then on the first day we came here, he recommended Blue Tears Chasing Group to us. When we went to catch the sea the next day, they lent us the tools to catch the sea and said we could borrow them at will. The people are really nice and enthusiastic~ (Oh, I love the B&B as we walk down to the beach. It’s a stone beach suitable for catching the sea. We were lucky enough to dig up a sea urchin and starfish~) We finally saw Blue Tears thanks to the boss’s real-time broadcast in the tear-chasing group, hahaha. Although the amount was not big during the two days we went there, it was still beautiful. I'm satisfied when I arrive~
