The three bedrooms are spacious, each with a separate bathroom, and the privacy is excellent. The bedding and bathroom facilities are comfortable. There is a professional billiard table on the basement floor of the villa. The leisure area is oversized. The location of the villa is also very good. It takes ten minutes to walk to Jiefangbei. It is super convenient!

The best part was the small courtyard; enjoying the sea breeze and tea in the evening was simply wonderful! 🌊 Amazing Location: Just a few minutes' walk to the beach, so you don't have to get up early to watch the sunrise; you can stroll there in flip-flops. Watching for the bioluminescent plankton is also hassle-free; the location recommended by the receptionist was spot-on, and we actually saw it—it was definitely worth the trip! 🍜 Delicious Food: All the restaurants recommended by the receptionist were delicious, and none were disappointing. 👏 Friendly and Excellent Service: The receptionist was incredibly approachable and responded promptly to any requests via WeChat. The environment is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Afternoon tea and breakfast are both provided. Every day, when you open the curtains, you're greeted by the clear blue sea, which is incredibly satisfying. **Facilities**: Very complete. There's even a charging point for the electric scooter we rented. **Cleanliness**: Clean and tidy. They even provide face towels, and the toilet is sterilized. **Environment**: Facing the sea, with a warm and vibrant floral view. **Service**: Everyone is enthusiastic, and shuttle service is available.

Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience. Amenities & Dining ☕️ The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious! A truly comfortable stay! It was so peaceful and undisturbed, with beautiful ocean views – perfect for anyone looking for some quiet introspection, reading by the sea, or simply enjoying the scenery. It's about 3km from the city, which is a good distance, making it convenient to go out for meals or visit other attractions. I'm already planning to come back for a longer stay in the summer when the weather's brighter! Facilities: Excellent, especially appreciated the dehumidifier, which was a nice touch. Hygiene: The cleaning was meticulous and very thorough, especially impressive for a guesthouse by the sea. Environment: The decor is lovely, and the rooms are uniquely nestled among natural rocks, offering unparalleled views. Service: Extremely thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any issues were resolved very quickly and appropriately.

It was difficult because of the language barrier, but thank you for helping me in real time through WeChat. The accommodation with a view of the windmill was really nice, and it was spacious and comfortable, so I had a comfortable stay. The only regret was that the towels were disposable, which was a little inconvenient. It was a Chinese holiday, so there were a lot of people, and the traffic control was severe, so it was difficult, but if you avoid the national holiday, it seems like it will be a very leisurely trip. I regret not seeing Blue Tears this time. I will visit again next time I have the chance. Thank you.

Location is really convenient, near to amenities and the beach. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fabulous. However the down side is that the service provided by the staff from the reception is substandard for a four star hotel, staff at the reception is not welcoming and giving people an uncomfortable feeling. Staff did not greet and both of them standing at the counter will just stare at you while you are walking towards them. Upon reaching the counter, they will not serve you until you start speaking up. After handing over of room cards, did not guide on where is the lift and where is the breakfast at.

Stayed for two nights, generally speaking it was good. The service was quite proactive, the hotel facilities were quite rich, the breakfast was to our taste, the hotel swimming pool was very clean, and I give it a thumbs up, it was heated indoors. There is a park next to the hotel, where you can take a walk or jog in the morning after dinner.

It was my first time to come to Pingtan. Before I checked into the hotel, I was told that because the proprietress and brother were having a wedding, we were afraid that the 6th building we were staying in would be noisy, so we moved to the 11th building. Although there were some hiccups in the middle, the overall feeling was very good and it was very convenient to travel. The next day We were also upgraded to a suite for free. The landlady was very attentive. We can provide timely support for many things, which is a very nice experience. The overall environment of the villa is still very good, and the quality of the rooms is good. It was a pleasant trip to Pingtan.
