"The hotel's amenities are pretty great, especially the air conditioning, which works really well. The smart toilet is fantastic, and the XiaoDu voice assistant is a convenient touch. The room itself is spacious and overall very good. However, the housekeeping really fell short. There was hair on the floor, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, I got a room upgrade because I registered as a new member. But then, shortly after checking in and taking off my pants to relax, the room was inexplicably opened. Apparently, the front desk had asked housekeeping to remove the sparkling water and another drink from the complimentary mini-bar, stating that because of the room upgrade, these two drinks were no longer included. I was quite speechless. Talk about being petty!
The breakfast was acceptable; the meat pies were delicious! One downside is that the rooms facing the street are very noisy at night, and the hallway can also be quite loud, so the soundproofing isn't great."
