"The servicev of this hotel is unspeakable. I was there with a friend for the Shimanami Kaido, but Got a nerve trapped and had to rest. I booked a single Room for a night but later decided I needed 2 nights for recovery. I had to change Room from a double to a single Room - and the reception made it clear to me that I had booked for 3 nights 1 + 2 nights - not alterer the original booking from 1 to 2 nights. I made it clear i Only needed 2 nights as my friend returned. The hotel Said itcwould be ok - but when I looked at my bank account 3 nights were charged. When I mentioned that to the reception they Said they did not do a refund - but I would rater have used my Room for a pieceful night of sleep and so would my friend than being ripped of by a greedy hotel."

"It was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, and the service was very warm. However, the location is too remote, situated on a mountain; I wouldn't recommend staying there as the path up is narrow and winding. The view of Hanoi from the mountain is truly beautiful both in the morning and at night. The room doesn't have a TV, making it suitable for relaxation."

"The hotel is just across from the station, with the beach and commercial street just outside, many restaurants and cafes, and about 15 minutes walk to the cableway, the location is very convenient. It is clean and the room is large, but the problem is that there is no humidifier and it is very dry when the air conditioner is turned on."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed – including a very comfortable bed and great blackout curtains, which made for an excellent night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the bathroom was modern with good water pressure and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was another highlight – a great selection of hot and cold options, with fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order coffee. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and several nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall, great value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"Great location for anyone planning on biking the shiminami-kaido. Room was larger than I expected, two washer/drier available on the top floor. A small basement ”garage” with bike hanging racks where I was able to store my e-bike overnight. Some of the staff are completely fluent in English which was a nice surprise. The only real issue was the AC unit's main power LED is very large and extremely bright white, much brighter than having a night light and being ceiling mounted illuminated the entire room."

"When I entered the street, a garden with a wide 々 spread out more than I had imagined. I stayed in a rental room for a room, but the room and bathroom were large, clean and healed. I think that there is no TV in the room is also suitable for those who want to spend a relaxing time. The carefully prepared Japanese breakfast was also great. It is recommended for those who want to forget the hustle and bustle of the day 々 and relax."

"The hotel is directly opposite the JR station, accessible via a pedestrian overpass. A ferry terminal is right downstairs. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it a very convenient location in town. The staff can communicate in English, and daily housekeeping is provided. They also deliver water, biscuits, and jelly every day. There's a free massage chair available on every floor's elevator lobby. Guests get a discount at the second-floor restaurant, which is quite a good deal. The cleanliness is generally acceptable, but some details are lacking, like a layer of dust on the humidifier."

"I'd seen Cyclist in a magazine years ago, and my trip to Hiroshima made it a must-see. Arriving in Onomichi, I discovered that U2, the most iconic building in the area, is a complex of hotels, restaurants, shops, and a cycling club. Even with its industrial style, the details are impeccable. The room layout was very practical, the bathroom had a bathtub and was spacious, and all the toiletries were from Osaji, with a very soothing lavender scent. The only drawback was the lack of body lotion. Given Osaji's high-quality amenities, and considering Japan's dry climate, body lotion is essential in a space without a humidifier. The hotel offers bicycle rental by reservation, but if you don't have a reservation, you can rent from the adjacent Giant shop, which has a wide selection of models. The hotel has a cafe and bakery right next to each other, so you can buy bread and then grab a coffee. The harbor view is amazing, but unfortunately, the weather wasn't great due to the rainy season."

"Super satisfied! Far exceeded expectations! The whole building is bigger than it looks in the photos! There is a Japanese garden in the building! Super beautiful! The location requires a boat or a bike. If you have luggage, don't worry about taking the boat. It is also very convenient. The hotel is right after you get off the boat! The service is particularly good! Enthusiastic! The food is really great! The pillows are really hard! If you pass by nearby, I really recommend you to experience it! We arrived late and there were no bicycles to rent, so the owner lent us his! He was afraid that we would take the wrong boat and chased us out to help us find the way! Great!!!"
