"This excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!"

"There were so many things, but overall, all the staff were very hardworking, kind and good people! First of all, it seems that the reservation for 4 nights that I had made on Trip.com was not made at the time of check-in. There are many staff members, but there are only about two staff members who can communicate in English without any problems, and it was difficult to find them every time lol. I was hurriedly guided to my room, but I couldn't find the air conditioner remote control, and a staff member just brought me a towel (probably the room was hastily provided, so it was not fully prepared?) When I asked for the remote control at that time, they brought it to me relatively quickly. The wi-fi password was handwritten on the phone, but it was faded and I couldn't read it, so I looked for a staff member again and asked lol. I thought there would be hot water, but it was room temperature (it was a little cold at first, but if you try hard to take a shower, it feels like it's getting warmer for some reason, but it was exactly the same temperature lol) and the water pressure was quite weak. I asked the staff, but it seems that the temperature probably can't be changed. I asked them for at least the water pressure, and it improved a little. However, the water pressure was weak again the next night, so I asked them to adjust the water pressure every day for four days before taking a shower. When the staff came to check the water pressure, they stood on the bath mat with their shoes on, and the bath mat turned black because the shoes were wet with water... This happened two days in a row, so we told them that the water pressure had improved and it was okay to check it. It may be a cultural difference, but I guess they don't care about guests' bath mats turning black. The laundry service, free bicycle rental, and currency exchange that were listed on Trip.com (same as ***********) were not available lol The location is nice, right in front of the sea. It's a 10-20 minute walk to the town, but I was so scared of the stray dogs at night (they sleep and relax during the day, but are super active at night...) that I had to use a tuk-tuk every time. The hotel itself is not bad, but the shower was the only thing that bothered me. There were also frequent power outages every day. (It wasn't particularly difficult, but it sometimes took several hours lol) The staff were all really trying to solve the problem and listen to our requests. They were very calm and friendly, and always had a shy smile lol However, their English was quite weak, so it was necessary to be patient and communicate."

"The hotel is nice. The room is small, but there's a TV, hairdryer, and kettle. There's no refrigerator, if anyone needs one. No complaints about the hotel. However, the hotel claims they didn't advertise on Trip.com. We paid for a room with breakfast, but they showed my ******* booking as only the room listed. Breakfast was not included. This misunderstanding ruined our entire vacation experience. It turns out we paid Trip.com for breakfast, which the hotel didn't provide, since ******* only listed the room without breakfast. Very disappointing!"

"Price-quality is consistent. Cleaning only on request, with no change of clothing. Shampoo and air conditioners are not available, put a small soap. Staff polite and welcoming. There is a parking, in the room air conditioner, wi-fi is weak. In a generally simple and budget hotel, your money is worth. Waiting for super-ordinary, of course, isn't worth."

"Хороший отель, ни чуть не пожалели, что остановились здесь. Вкусные завтраки, вкусные ужины, хороший чистый бассейн и очень приветливый персонал. В комнате пахнет очень вкусно - лемонграсом. Минус комнаты - сильная слышимость. Мы пытались уснуть пораньше, так как предстоял ранний подъем но до 10 вечера слышали, как соседи звенели вилками и болтали, ужиная. Еще один минус - расположение кондиционера. Он дует прямо на кровать, а одеял в отеле нет, только простыни. С кондиционером холодно, без него - жарко 😁 Но в целом, эти два минуса не перекрыли позитивный настрой, так как отель показался нам очень классным. Отдельный плюс я хочу отметить за книжку с заданиями, которую дали моему сыну. Очень много интересных заданий, которые он выполнял, пока ожидал ужин, или в течение дня. По прохождении книжки есть подарок - мороженое. Очень мило. Кстати, в пяти минутах от отеля чудесный пляж! 🥰 и там почти нет людей."

The location is also good - the third house from the beach) The beach is quite clean, much cleaner than in the tourist area of Uppuvelli. There are many shops with fruit and cafes, where locals eat - not as insabious as in tourist restaurants, but also delicious and 3 times cheaper From the downsides -in the room there was no place to lay or hang clothes-no closet, no hooks, nothing to hang shoulders-we had a mountain in the suitcase and around. Many clothes were hanging on the veranda 'the fence has always had a flock of local homeless dogs, they are harmless but noisy - No hot water. While it was cloudy was not comfortable to wash, then it became normal) -WiFi works badly, on the veranda caught better -TV isn 't available, he certainly wasn 't declared, but it turned out to be boring to wait for the sunset without it We are unlikely to return here again because of the great variety of hotels , but for not very attractive tourists the place will be very even suitable )"

There is a separate path leading directly to the seaside. There are two showers in the room, and you can also take a shower outside. Hygiene: On rainy days, some small bugs would crawl into the room. One night, I was scared to death that there was a big bug on the bed. Service: The hotel has a beach bar, and the food is served very slowly.
