"I truly enjoyed my stay there. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the staff did their best to prepare my room. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but they kindly allowed me to check in around 12:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Everyone was smiling and working with genuine care and dedication. I would like to express my special thanks to the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping team, and also the staff who always open the door at the entrance. Maraming salamat po. There is just one small thing I didn’t like: my room was located very close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Tacloban."
