Scenic Hotels in Pak Chong

"The hotel is charming, the rooms are clean and fresh, and the grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but everything we tried was delicious. The main downside for us was the extremely poor soundproofing in the rooms. If you're used to going to bed early, around 9-10 PM, be prepared to hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing. Also, there was no information in the room on how to contact the reception at night. Our neighbors were also very noisy until about 1 AM. I was with my child and couldn't leave him alone to go find a hotel employee. I also considered it unsafe to go confront noisy neighbors by myself at night. As a result, I simply had no way to resolve the issue. We also received a call at 1 AM from another room, asking us to be quieter, apparently they had mistaken the room and also couldn't contact reception. The hotel itself left a pleasant impression, but the soundproofing and the ability to quickly contact staff at night definitely need improvement."

"Saw the beautiful photos taken by travellers and was attracted to try out. Some villas view are restricted. Breakfast was a little limited in choices. Tried out the spa but experiences were just average. Spa atmosphere was also a little dull. During check-in, the front desk member was very kind to allow us select the room view when our initial room view was very much limited. In-door jacuzzi was available and this was probably the plus point for this trip as the outdoor pool water did not seem good to swim."

"Very good room The situation is perfect just near khao yai entrance It will be better if hotel provide towel for swiming pool Some animals in the garden and beautiful view In restaurant good isan food very good somtam The problem is breakfast … It’s not buffet and with many customers it’s difficult to have what you command without wait long time and for have all you ask … the staff 2 or 3 people are very busy … they try do their best … the breakfast menu is in english no have in thai !!! I think breakfast can begin before 7 am for customer who want enjoy morning time in national park .."

"Pros: Beautiful accommodation with lots to see and many great photo opportunities. The service was excellent and impressive. The Khanom Krok (Thai coconut pancakes) were delicious. Areas for improvement: Cleanliness. The pool area had a considerable amount of bird droppings, which caused an unpleasant smell. The ceiling panel in the bathroom didn't close properly. The sofa in the suite had a musty smell and stains. The breakfast selection was limited, and the rice porridge was too watery."

"Overall and Pros: Ambiance and Location: The overall ambiance is excellent, very quiet and natural with beautiful views of Khao Yai, perfect for relaxation. Cleanliness and Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was very spacious with strong water pressure, which was satisfying. There's a golf cart service for convenient transportation within the area. Dinner: The Thai restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The staff here were very attentive and provided excellent service. Areas for Improvement / Observations: In-room Facilities: The rain shower head in the bathroom was broken, causing water to spray everywhere and making it unusable. We had to switch to the regular shower hose instead. Breakfast and Service: Breakfast had to be taken at the atta hotel next door. The food selection was quite ordinary and didn't feel worth the price compared to other places. The staff at the breakfast area were not very attentive (unlike the staff elsewhere who provided excellent service). Activities: The accommodation itself is very quiet and peaceful, but there might not be many activities to do."

"This is a 100% luxurious European-style hotel with impeccable, opulent interiors. The staff and butler were incredibly attentive and genuinely passionate about service. The rooms and surrounding atmosphere are filled with nature, featuring over 10 types of flowers, and butterflies fluttering about, making it feel like a fairy tale. There's also a four-season garden for leisurely strolls. The breakfast is a course menu with generous portions – much more than I expected! My mother and I were both completely full. I highly recommend bringing plenty of outfits because there are photo opportunities everywhere, making you feel like a princess or a socialite. The butler was always happy to help us find good angles for photos. I was so impressed; I'll definitely be back to stay again!"

"I stayed here for a 2-day, 1-night trip. The staff were incredibly polite, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The location is extremely quiet, which allowed me to truly relax. The outdoor bath on the balcony had plenty of hot water, and I was thrilled to find bath bombs provided. The food at the attached restaurant, including breakfast, was also fantastic. It was a thoroughly satisfying stay."

"We live in Bangkok and travel to Khao Yai periodically basically to relax and enjoy the clean air and play golf. Toscana is one of our favorite place. This time we decided to stay at Toscana valley as it gives an excellent opportunity to the Town square amenities and restaurants and easy access to the golf course.  We were again very satisfied with the service starting from reception to room service. Breakfast had a very good spread. The food spread and quality of food both at Town square and the club house is of a high standard."

"I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this resort. First of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Initially, I was assigned a room on the ground floor near the swimming pool, which I think is perfect for families with children. However, since I was looking for a quieter and more relaxing stay, I asked if it would be possible to change my room. The staff handled my request promptly and arranged another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The view was beautiful and created a peaceful atmosphere, making it an excellent place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious and met my expectations, with a good variety of food. There was also plenty of parking space, which made it very convenient for guests traveling by car. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. If I visit Khao Yai again in the future, I will definitely plan to stay here again."
