The sanitation and environment are not very good, but in Shanghai, the hotel at this price is already very good! The service is also very good! It is close to the subway station and convenient for travel. Anyway, the price-performance ratio is very high! I will book it next time!
The hotel is pretty good. The room isn't huge, but it's enough for one person. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the hygiene was decent. The only downside is that there aren't many shops or restaurants around the hotel, so you'll mostly be ordering takeout.
Over the past few years, Atour has been my top choice for hotels when traveling. Their facilities are usually quite new, hygiene standards are high, and the service is always good. This stay was no exception. There was a minor hiccup, but the service team followed up very quickly, which I really appreciated. Plus, they gave a small gift when checking out, which was a nice touch. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

This was my first time staying at a hotel so close to the subway, and the experience was fantastic! Right outside, you're in the bustling downtown area, which made shopping incredibly convenient. Yet, it didn't affect how quiet the room was at all. For this location, the value for money is absolutely unbeatable! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling independently.
This was my first time staying at Jinglai hotel and I must say I was very comfortable. Entering the hotel the lobby is very spacious with many seating options available for guests. Check in was fast with no hassles and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though those working at Front desk didn't understand English using translating app came in very handy. A huge shout out to Allan for being so friendly and helpful.
I stayed in room 667 which had a nice view of the front of the hotel facing the street. It is especially pretty at night but the traffic noise can be a disturbing if you are a light sleeper. My room was nice, clean and spacious. I had a king size bed with the most comfortable mattress, which I appreciated. No tea or coffee amenities in the room, but this you can find in the lounge area. There is also a cute delivery robot if you feel like ordering in.
The only downside I would say, is that the hotel is a bit far from the district area and subway. But if you don't mind the commute then I would definitely recommend the hotel.
I will definitely be back in the near future!!
The hotel's location is superb, right across from Grandbuy Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 7, ensuring easy access to transportation. The new Chinese-style decor is simple yet cozy, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry and wet separation. The smart room control and mini-fridge are very practical. The service was warm and attentive throughout; the front desk staff were efficient and enthusiastic, offering tea upon check-in and having a robot deliver meals, which was a lovely touch. The free laundry room and gym are also excellent amenities. Breakfast is rich and varied, served until 11 AM on weekends, and there's even complimentary porridge as a late-night snack. This hotel offers incredible value for money, perfect for both business and leisure travelers! As I was leaving, they even gave me a complimentary souvenir.
I was quite surprised by this hotel. I booked it last minute for a business trip, just looking for something nearby. Given the price, I expected it to be pretty average, but it actually exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was a powerful Daikin unit. What really stood out was the shower – the water pressure was excellent, much better than many other hotels, making for a really comfortable shower experience. They also provided shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and even hand sanitizer. The location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere, and the subway station is also very close. For this price point, it's unbeatable. Excellent!
Stayed here for five days on a business trip to Shanghai. The facilities were excellent, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the service was superb. The location also offered great convenience for transport. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.
A perfect experience! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the interior design is trendy and grand. The room facilities are complete and modern, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. What deserves the most praise is the cleanliness; everything was sparkling clean as if brand new. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were all well-trained, with warm smiles and prompt responses. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again!
I originally booked a standard king room, but it was full, so the customer service upgraded me to a deluxe king room for free. The service attitude was excellent, and they actively resolved issues. This is truly the best hotel I've ever booked while traveling!

Excellent
GGuest UserThe space is large and it feels as big as four university dormitory rooms. The newly opened facilities are very new and clean. You can consider living here if you don't go to the attractions. It is super cost-effective. The surrounding residential areas are very quiet at night, and it is convenient to walk around and buy food. Line 1 goes directly to Shanghai Railway Station and shares bicycles to the subway station in five minutes.
Qqqyy10203040Facilities: Very good, quite comprehensive, has everything you need.
Hygiene: Very clean, nice, excellent.
Environment: Very good, quite nice. There are free parking spaces at the entrance.
Service: Very good, the front desk was very helpful and pleasant, communication was smooth.
MM890045****The surrounding area has plenty of dining options, the room was clean and tidy, the smart toilet was a nice convenience, and overall it was great value for money!
ZZhuhaimangmangHealth, the environment is OK, the front desk attitude is also good, the smart toilet automatically flushes for a while, it will not work, you have to press manually, there is no non-slip slippers in the bathroom, barefoot, in fact, these do not matter.
But the laundry room configuration is hard to say, so big room, there are two home-level washing machines, there is a drying function, the time is very long, and the effect is generally incomparable with LG's commercial washing machine.
Breakfast ended at 9:30, there are very few types, if you want to have breakfast, you can go downstairs across the road to eat, don't waste money to buy breakfast. (The picture has nothing to do with the hotel)
GGuest UserThe bed in the room is very comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and the pillows are also very soft, which made me feel relaxed as soon as I lay down. The quilts and sheets on the bed are of high quality and soft to the touch. They are warm and comfortable when I sleep at night, allowing me to sleep very sweetly. The room was very clean, the floor was spotless and there was no dust on the furniture. Bedside tables, desks and other furniture are neatly arranged without unnecessary clutter, giving people a neat and orderly feeling. The room is equipped with various facilities, such as air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe, etc., with complete functions. The air conditioner has a very good cooling effect and can quickly adjust the indoor temperature; the TV has clear pictures and rich channels, so you can watch some entertainment programs to relax at night; there are also some drinks and snacks in the refrigerator for easy access at any time.
GGuest UserThe surrounding is very quiet, although on the side of the road, but the surrounding is not a business district, and the boss gave a room that is not on the street, and the quality of sleep is very good. The company is far from home, and the health of coming to live often is not bad.
GGuest UserVery satisfied, the aunt inside has a better attitude, just tell him what is missing, the experience feels very good, I plan to continue, easy to use, affordable,
Facilities, very good
Hygiene: clean
Environment: very good
Service: Good
Ssukuiwe****I previously asked to switch to a room with a better window view, and the owner was happy to accommodate. The shower facilities inside were very convenient. There's a water dispenser with both hot and cold water on the first floor. The cleaning auntie was also incredibly nice; she cleaned the room for me quickly so I could move in. The bed was quite comfortable too. This was my last night in Shanghai.
AAnonymous UserIt's quite clean and tidy, with well-equipped Wi-Fi TV and other equipment, and the bed is quite comfortable. It's a pity that the shower head in the bathroom leaked, so I didn't dare to take a shower. It's also close to the subway station and there is wind noise. It's not particularly quiet, but the price is decent, so it's okay.
