Fantastic hotel! It's super clean and the front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is excellent – there's a parking lot right out front with free parking, and the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with lots of great food options. Plus, the subway station is very close by. Highly recommend it, I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Facilities: Great, very complete. Though small, it has everything you need. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic, the bedding was very quiet (comfortable). Environment: Surrounded by residential buildings, with many breakfast shops downstairs. Very convenient for breakfast in the morning. Service: The front desk staff had a good attitude. Free snacks & coffee: There's free coffee and small snacks available at the front desk. The fridge, printer, and microwave can all be used for free. Highly recommend!

This service apartment exceeded our expectations! While not in the city center, it was very conveniently located, with metro station within a short walk, Joy City mall and changfeng park nearby. We never had to venture far for excellent food choices. We booked a comfy family room, which has a queen bed in the room and a separate twin bed in the common area. Since my daughter is a minor, she was able to sleep comfortably on the couch with Sincere Residence providing an extra pillow and duvet. There was a kitchen and a laundry areanwith a washer dryer. The layout was very thoughtful and well designed. The bathroom had a Japanese style bidet with a separate wash area. They provided most toiletries, even our laundry soap and dish soap. I would like to commend all the service staff. Particularly the housekeeping staff, I was only able to get the name of COCO, who was particularly friendly from day 1. They kept our premises clean and provided more than adequate amenities. I am most truly grateful for the drinking water they provided. Other places would only provide maybe 2 bottles per day, they provided so much more than we didn’t need to buy from the grocery! We truly enjoyed our stay there and would love to stay at Sincere Residence again in the future.

The location is great, really close to the business district and only two stops away from where I was seeing a show. Super convenient for transportation! The room was spotless and the facilities were brand new, making for a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing was excellent too, it was really quiet. The front desk service was fantastic; the staff member was super friendly and even helped me warm up my lunch! When I ran out of water, they kindly brought up two extra bottles. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this place again next time!

Good location, but room comfort and laundry facilities need improvement The hotel is in a very convenient location, directly opposite WEGO Shopping Mall, so it’s easy to find food, shopping and other amenities nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the sea view, and we were able to watch a beautiful sunrise from the room. Unfortunately, the room itself was not very comfortable. The air-conditioning was not working well, which made the room feel quite warm and stuffy. We informed the hotel, and the staff responded by providing us with an additional fan. I appreciate their effort and the service was generally good, but for a hotel of this standard, the air-conditioning should be properly maintained. Another issue was the laundry area. There were simply not enough machines for the number of guests, and almost every time we went there, people were queuing and waiting to use them. This was quite inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a good location, helpful staff and a nice sea view, especially for watching the sunrise. However, the air-conditioning and laundry facilities definitely need improvement. I would have enjoyed the stay much more if the room had been cooler and more comfortable.

It was pretty good. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service, which is very convenient, but you need to book it in advance. The breakfast was plentiful and they even had freshly cooked noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons, which were also very hygienic. The environment was decent, and the service attitude was good.

Extremely satisfied, this was an excellent value-for-money experience. The hotel is very new, the service is warm and friendly, and breakfast is abundant. The attention to detail is great, even the slippers have a nice design, haha. The location is also very convenient, and the overall design is appealing. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I've stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stood out! The room was exceptionally clean, every corner spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom also had no unpleasant odors. On top of that, the hotel's service was superb; the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making my stay feel very secure and pleasant.
