The location is also quite convenient, with metro lines 14, 11, 3, and 4 nearby, allowing easy access to any part of the city. The rooms are very clean and are tidied daily. The staff are exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. It offers great value for money. Plus, there's a gym on the ground floor. For check-out, they even offer half-day stays. The room includes free laundry service, and the mini-bar is well-stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended ❤️

The room was clean and bright, and there were many dining options downstairs. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and there's a private washing machine, which is great for frequent business travelers. Breakfast was plentiful, and it's very close to the Bund and Shanghai Railway Station.

The hotel's location is quite far from the city center. The decor is average. My main complaint is about the staff's service attitude; overall, both their service and professionalism need improvement. First, at 9:20 AM, we went to the first floor for breakfast. A woman in a gray uniform stopped us at the restaurant entrance, telling us it was peak dining time and we had to wait to be seated because there were no empty tables inside. We offered to go in and find a table ourselves to avoid bothering the staff. The employee immediately dropped her fake smile and insisted we wait at the door. When we finally entered, we found many empty tables. Throughout our meal, staff repeatedly came over to remind us that breakfast service ended at 10 AM and urged us to hurry and get whatever we wanted to eat. Second, when checking out, a tall male staff member at the front desk was unsmiling and impatient, answering my questions with rhetorical questions. While the 800+ yuan room rate isn't high, the service attitude of some staff members is probably only worth 250 yuan. I hope the hotel strengthens its staff's ethical and professional training! In short, this is not a recommended hotel.

It offers excellent value for money with impeccable cleanliness. The subway is just a 10-minute walk away, providing smooth access to all major attractions. My travel companions were all very satisfied, and I would prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai. Highly recommended for travelers.

Since suites aren't eligible for upgrades, the remaining room was a bit small. However, it's a very new hotel with excellent and innovative facilities. This is the first hotel I've encountered where you can control the lights and switches through a mini-program. Nana's service was great, a definite commendation!

Environment: Surrounded by residential buildings, with many breakfast shops downstairs. Very convenient for breakfast in the morning. Service: The front desk staff had a good attitude. Free snacks & coffee: There's free coffee and small snacks available at the front desk. The fridge, printer, and microwave can all be used for free. Highly recommend!

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel, and every single time it feels like a home away from home. It's always clean and hygienic, the service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is quite varied. Usually, my company handles the booking and I just check in, but this time I booked it myself through Ctrip, so I can finally give this hotel the praise it deserves! It's right next to the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Shanghai Railway Station and Shanghai South Railway Station. Definitely my top choice for business trips or leisure travel.

It's an old hotel. The facilities are a bit old, which is understandable. The sound insulation is not very good. You can always hear the sound of opening and closing doors or walking around outside at night, which may affect people with poor sleep. There was a smell of cigarettes when I entered the room, so I opened the window and ventilated it for an afternoon, and the smell disappeared. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this problem and open the window in advance to disperse the smell. Bottled water is free for 2 bottles per room per day, and you have to pay for it after that. Takeaways are placed at the front desk and you have to go down to get them yourself. Although the hardware and environment are average, the service attitude of the staff is still very good. The hotel is very close to Metro Line 14, more than 200 meters away, and Line 11 is also nearby, so the transportation is quite convenient.
