Every time I visit Pudong Renji Hospital, I stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located right across from the hospital, and there are many dining options nearby. The rooms are a good size and clean. The front desk staff provide excellent service; they are warm and patient. This time, I even received a free upgrade. However, I unfortunately had a sudden nosebleed in the middle of the night that wouldn't stop, and a lot of blood got on the bed. I had to go to the emergency room to get it treated. When I returned, I explained the situation to the staff and offered to pay for the cleaning fee as compensation. The staff later told me that I didn't need to pay, and the hotel would cover the cost. I truly caused them a lot of trouble this time, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to them! I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I've stayed here before and the breakfast used to be pretty good. This time, however, my experience was utterly disappointing. They didn't give me a breakfast voucher upon check-in, so I had to go to the front desk in the morning to get one. The staff member begrudgingly handed it over, looking visibly annoyed and almost pulling their hand away. I went for breakfast at their designated time of 7 AM, but when I got there, all that was left was fried instant noodles and fried rice. All the other dishes were gone. They used to offer milk, steamed dumplings, and siumai, but these have all disappeared. The fried instant noodles contained absolutely no vegetables; even street food vendors add bean sprouts, so where were the vegetables here? The fried rice was practically just rice, bland and flavorless. It was genuinely inedible without some pickled vegetables. It hasn't been open that long, and it's already gone completely downhill. Seriously, I'm not coming back here again.

The experience of this shell hotel on Baoshan Line 15 far exceeded expectations. The location is full of points. It is 30 seconds walk from the subway station. It is too convenient to go to the subway. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are all available. It is extremely convenient for business trips and tourism. The front desk service is particularly thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the initiative to provide free mineral water, even help with luggage, the whole smile service is very warm. The room was also very clean and there was nothing to say about hygiene. The mattress is moderately firm, sleeps well at night, and the WIFI signal is stable, the TV can also cast screen, at this price can enjoy such quality, the price is really high, has added this home to the regular housing list, next time you come to live here!

The room is small, but fine for a one-night stay. There are sometimes odors in the room, like toilet or cooking fumes. The soundproofing is definitely poor, depending on who lives next door. Since it's located near a side street, residential area, and park, I didn't hear any noise.

The hotel is not bad, the room has enough space, and what I like, that there is a lot of lighting variations that you can use, in cold weather I was saved by air-conditioner. Overall it was good to stay in this hotel, but location isn’t convenient, it was not that bad for me because I needed a hotel near exhibition hall and Hongqiao railway station

Very close to the subway station, affordable price; the room is quite clean. I told the front desk lady that I have trouble sleeping, and she arranged a room at the top of the room for me. Unfortunately, the tenant next door was taking a shower in the middle of the night, and the sound was very clear. I can only say that the sound insulation of the house is too poor now. The parking lot can accommodate more than ten cars, and there are many people living there, so the cars are basically full.

The room is spacious and clean, with complete bedding, including disposable slippers, and the quilt and pillows are very soft and comfortable. There is parking for easy travel, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. Overall it is good and I will come again.

The downsides are: small space, dirty bed runner, and hair on the bed (both long and short). Although it's a family room, only two bottles of water were provided, and more were only offered if requested. There was only one stool. Toiletries weren't provided proactively, and the toothbrush provided was of poor quality. The shower gel and other toiletries were bottled. The bathroom facilities were old but usable. Providing sandals was a thoughtful touch. There's a convenience store and a self-service restaurant nearby; the food is home-style and the taste is average. We bought instant noodles as a backup in case we got hungry. Overall, the kids enjoyed it because of the TV, and the adults thought it was okay. The price was reasonable, and the service was average. Overall, it was acceptable.
