"The hotel's location is its biggest selling point. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bund and Nanjing Road, which was incredibly convenient for us traveling with a child, whether for sightseeing or dining. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. What surprised me most was the service; the staff noticed we had a child and proactively offered kids' toiletries and slippers, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options and good quality, satisfying both adults and children. What I didn't expect was that they also offered complimentary late-night congee, which was wonderfully comforting after a tiring day of exploring. Overall, for a hotel in the prime Bund area, the service and value for money far exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we bring our child to Shanghai!"

"This hotel is located right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, surrounded by historical European-style buildings. It's just a short walk to the Huangpu River, where you can enjoy views of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the breakfast offers a great variety. It's a hotel with a rich history and culture, so the slightly smaller room size is understandable."

"The room was clean and tidy with a great view. From the small balcony, you could see the ”three-piece set” (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers in Lujiazui) in the distance. It was very comfortable to sit on the balcony when the sun was out, and you could even have breakfast there. At night, the view of the city lights was beautiful.
The hotel's location is super convenient, with direct access to Pudong and Hongqiao airports via Metro Line 2. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Bund and Nanjing Road, and only one stop away from Lujiazui. Overall, a great stay."
