After watching for a long time, I have always liked this hotel, especially the scenery outside the window, the famous castle hotel next door; I like it very much; the room is not big but very comfortable, especially sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee

OONG JesslynBest hotel ever. No worries about food, both streets filled with cuisine to choose from. Very chill hotel, laundry, gym room, best amenities, best part they even provided oven-mini pantry with washing sink. Impressed the toilet facilities from basin to wall tiles and flooring, everything were so fine and well designed. Amazingly detailed I can’t help not to take photos!! Love the decor was surprised by the ambiance along lift to your hotel room. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.
VVon123**Location and Accessibility:**
The Hilton Quebec boasts a prime location just outside Old Town and near Place D'Youville, where many buses stop. However, the hotel is situated on a hill, so if you're not taking a bus or Uber, be prepared for a bit of an uphill walk to reach the entrance.
**Room and View:**
We paid extra for a room with an Old Quebec River view, and it was worth every penny. The window was clear, allowing us to take stunning photos of Old Town Quebec with Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac in the background.
**WiFi:**
The WiFi connection at Hilton Quebec was excellent—smooth and fast, perfect for staying connected or getting work done.
**Amenities:**
While the rooms do not come with bottled water, during the summer, the hotel provides water dispensers with ice water near the reception, which was convenient for filling our water bottles.
Overall, Hilton Quebec offers a comfortable stay with fantastic views and excellent connectivity, though the uphill walk may be a consideration for some guests.
GGuest UserIt is a very old building, and it feels good to live here. But the room heating is insufficient, especially when it is minus ten degrees outside. I didn't notice at the beginning, the heating was turned on for a long time, and the temperature was slow. There is only one small heater against the wall in a room, and another relatively large fan. The wind in the fan is cold. I have reflected it with the hotel, but it has not been solved very well. It was not until the second day that I got up in the morning and the temperature slowly rose. Other services are still very good.
KKwanGraceThe loft was spacious. The design was contemporary and it matched the romantic and chill vibe of Quebec City. Public car park was nearby. The lightings, the furniture, beds were comfortable and clean. The amenities were adequate and new. We loved the loft so much!
Perfect location with most of the major attractions within walkable distance.
Room rate is not cheap but it was worth the price.
It would be perfect if detergent was also provided as there was washer and dryer.
This accomodation was highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe staffs there are soooo friendly, and they would organise daily tour to Quebec old town!! And the breakfast there is not bad, like u have fruit, egg, bread, milk, cereal, and juices!! It’s absolutely worth its price!! And they also provide towel for tourists to use, which is really good. Everything is really good except the temperature in the room are too low, and it’s so cold inside the room and u barely connected to WiFi when u re in the room 🥲 and it would be better if there is a curtain in different beds, it would give more privacy 🥲
OOleksiyThe hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood with a few convenience stores and a large supermarket called Tradition nearby . The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and quiet. You have to walk for a while to reach the old city , but it’s a beautiful walk in nice weather and there’s also an elevator right at the footstep of the hill bringing you up a few levels if you aren’t keen on climbing stairs . We will stay again if we ever return to Quebec City .
KKarenDespite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!
Excellent location! 2 mins walk to the closest attraction, the national assembly building
GGuest UserHotel parking is very convenient. We drive by car. So there is no sense of distance. I feel that the location is not far. Nice hotel. The front desk is very nice. The room is large. The bed is also comfortable.
JJenny Kim1I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
GGuest UserVery friendly and fast service at check in and out with good valet service , but room floors was not very clean and was missing couch , maid said that their were Renovations on this flour , bathroom was old and floors also but beds were comfy and clean beautiful view and nice restaurant in the hall and personnel were very nice and helpful.
