"I stayed in this hotel for three days. It was clean and quiet! The parking lot is convenient and safe. It is suggested that some female receptionists at the front desk need to strengthen business training. When checking in, they asked to arrange a quiet room. Although she agreed, she arranged it in the ice machine diagonally opposite the door. The machine was noisy. A stay that exceeded expectations - from the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed. The location is hard to beat. The lobby sets the tone beautifully: elegant without being stuffy, with a good coffee machine. My room was spacious and thoughtfully decorated with a real sense of place rather than the identikit style you find in so many hotels. Nothing felt like an afterthought. The bed and the duvet were comfortable, the kind you do not want to leave. The staff were warm, helpful, and attentive without being overbearing. I would return without hesitation.

Very very good room, the decoration style is mainly industrial waste and rebel art style, there are also small ideas in the icon design, very French art romantic style. Basically, the room installations have been slow rebounded, very careful. The boss is also very enthusiastic, you can also store your luggage for free before check-in time, and there are recommendations and route planning nearby shops at the door. The front desk is very fluent in English and there will be no language barrier. A black brother from Hong Kong speaks fluent Cantonese. The room was also very pleasant, with a large area of dry and wet separation. It is also very close to the old city. It takes about ten minutes to walk. It is a surprise to live in such a good place in Quebec.

Hello, here's our hotel review. Our room had no air conditioning and absolutely no Wi-Fi. We requested extra washcloths for the second day, but none were available. This whole experience was very strange; we are extremely disappointed with our stay at the hotel. It was too hot in the room. There was no control to adjust the air conditioning, and the outside temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. Do not choose room #343, as you will regret it. Think carefully before booking this place... Have a good day everyone.

Good price/performance ratio. I stayed for two nights, just beside Highway 138 and 404, so although it is a suburb, it is very convenient to get into the city. It takes 20 minutes to get to the old city and not far from Crystal Falls. The facilities are complete and convenient. The front desk was very enthusiastic. We asked Tadosac about the situation and enthusiastically helped us.
