"The facilities and rooms were very clean. I would have been happy if I had tissue paper and hand towels. Also, I think it would be kind if there was a guide in the room as well as oral explanations such as how many phone numbers you press to connect to the front desk. I thought it was unkind that I didn't have a leg to go to the hotel and arranged a taxi, but the next day the hotel checked in, even though the taxi turned back before we got on. Taxi -I was charged. The reason was that the hotel has a contract with a taxi company and the full fare will be charged even if you don't ride. I am angry that I was charged a fee even though I couldn't get on the train and that I couldn't tell you the arrangement when arranging a taxi. I wasn't convinced, but I paid half the taxi fare. The facilities and rooms themselves are very clean, so please communicate with the hospitality and trust that more customers will be satisfied with using this hotel. I hope you can improve and let me upload a review."
