Spa Hotels in Kashgar City

I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and after contacting the front desk, Xiao Re responded immediately and handled it incredibly quickly, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient attitude. She considered every detail meticulously, making me feel truly valued. Whether it was asking questions, requesting assistance, or offering thoughtful reminders at check-out, Xiao Re consistently maintained a professional and warm service attitude, proactively and enthusiastically responding to every request, truly putting guests first. Having such attentive front desk staff elevated the entire stay experience, making me feel exceptionally comfortable and at ease. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a great rest. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and dine, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. But what impressed me most and deserves my highest praise was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. Professional, attentive, considerate, and warm—every interaction with them was a pleasant experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I especially want to thank the front desk staff for their excellent service. The hotel is fortunate to have such outstanding employees! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Just for the amazing service from the front desk staff, it deserves a perfect score!

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. This was my first time staying at this hotel. The two-level underground parking was very convenient, especially since we had a lot of luggage. We could go directly from the parking garage up to our room, which was great. The staff were exceptionally friendly; they even helped us with our bags when we checked out, and their attitude was excellent. There's also free water available in the lobby.

The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. What impressed me most was the service. Because the return flight was late, I applied for a late check-out at the front desk. The staff readily agreed and did not charge extra. The person was gentle and patient. The farewell was rushed to check out. The journey was full of relaxation and full of human touch. I have already recommended it to my friends. Follow-up travel is preferred.
