Find 4-Star Hotels in Kashgar City

First, let me vent my emotions: It's absolutely amazing! 🤩🤩🤩 I have very high standards for accommodations, and this place truly met them. I've stayed in many expensive hotels, and this is the first place I've found where the blankets are so light! 😁 It's perfect for someone like me who has trouble sleeping! Facilities: Very complete and clean. The Bulgari shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful and work well. 🤩 The bathtub with my bubble bath is just so nice, super nice! Cleanliness: They clean very thoroughly every day, and they always let you know before you enter, whether they're there or not. A very responsible guesthouse! 😊 Environment: Very nice! 🆗 The owner of the shop diagonally opposite recommended it, and it's really delicious! 😍 Service: The most noteworthy aspect! Truly excellent! The high-end positioning of this guesthouse matches the quality of every staff member. Their service and professionalism surpass even that of a typical five-star hotel. It was incredibly emotionally enriching. The owner, a beautiful young lady, even treated me to a meal featuring local specialties. Unfortunately, I had a cold and wasn't feeling well, so I couldn't eat much. But I finally got a good night's sleep here. The sense of security at this guesthouse was even more touching than at a hotel. It's the perfect choice for solo female travelers. Very nice!

Traveling to Xinjiang, I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at at the end of the trip. In particular, the manager in the picture is very service-minded and responds promptly to guests' needs. After checking in, I asked if the hotel had a humidifier. I was told no. An hour later, one was delivered to me. He said that the manager bought it and it must be praised. For southerners, Xinjiang is too dry and a humidifier is a necessity. The hotel's decoration design is also very reasonable, especially the one-button flush next to the toilet, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, on the edge of the city, and houses are being built opposite, so there is no view, but everything else is good.

Facilities: The style here is unique and one-of-a-kind in Kashgar. Unlike the rigidity of hotels or the overwhelming soft furnishings of other guesthouses, it has a very stylish feel. Sitting in the lobby allows you to slow down. I especially enjoyed listening to the landlady tell stories; you can tell she loves Kashgar and is passionate about her profession. Cleanliness: Very clean, refreshing, and comfortable. The rooms are minimalist in style, with plenty of hot water, heating, and central air conditioning (both hot and cold). The overall atmosphere is very refreshing. You can lie down and watch a movie in the evening – so comfortable and relaxing. Environment: The overall space feels very spacious, with an open view in the center, which I loved. I especially want to praise the carpets – all thick and high-quality wool carpets, including several handmade wool rugs – beautiful! Overall Experience: Staying in a guesthouse is essential for truly experiencing the local culture in a new place. I stayed for three nights and quickly felt at home. Every time I returned, someone greeted me warmly and left the door and lights on for me. The manager and owner were very helpful, offering recommendations on good food and fun activities! The service was top-notch! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse in Kashgar! I'll definitely come back again! Also, one more thing: the guesthouse breakfast was delicious! They specially cooked dishes for us early in the morning, which was very satisfying. The next day, they even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and offered to customize it! Thank you so much! Having family around when we traveled made this trip so much better!

This hotel is conveniently located near the old town, making it easy to explore. The room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, offering comfort, practicality, and an aesthetic appeal. The room cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff's service attitude is excellent.

The rooms are clean and odor-free, the cloths are clean and the public areas are in place.  The reception was warm, the response was timely, and the staff was attentive and thoughtful.  The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom water pressure is stable, the air conditioning and network are running smoothly. The breakfast category is rich and local fruits are provided in Xinjiang. The lobby is super luxurious and provides children's amusement facilities. Unfortunately, there is no photo. Convenient travel, complete dining around, quiet and not noisy, very cost-effective, recommend friends who come to Kashgar for business trips are great [strong][strong]

I personally feel the location is better than Yifei's. It's only a 5-minute walk from the East Gate of the Old City. You can park your car in a large public parking lot, and parking fees are waived if you register your license plate at the hotel front desk. When entering the parking lot, take the second lane on the left (next to a supermarket) to get to the alley leading to the hotel. You'll see Kunlun Tower from there, and the hotel entrance is just past the 'I❤️Kashgar' sign. The lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated, and the public areas are very photogenic. They offer complimentary fruit drinks and tea, which are delicious, and small items like dental floss, which is much needed after eating all that beef and lamb in Xinjiang! The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and there's plenty of water pressure for showering. They even provide facial cleanser. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be a bit better. The breakfast restaurant also offers a good variety of choices. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. However, 10:30 PM to 1:00 AM is peak time, so it's quite hard to get a turn.

First off, the service at this hotel was exceptional. My wife and I both felt the same way. For a tourist city like Dali in Yunnan, this was the only hotel where the smiles felt genuinely warm, not just professional courtesy. Secondly, the hotel's location is superb. Turn right out of the hotel and cross the road at the traffic light, and you'll find a less crowded entrance to the ancient city (passing by the popular internet-famous Zhongkun Pagoda – beautiful for night photos, and Genggong Ancestral Temple). This helps avoid the peak hour crowds. Third, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel. Fourth, there's a large parking lot behind the hotel. Fifth, the rooms are clean, hygienic, and quiet. Sixth, the hotel is riverside. You can take a stroll along the river in the evening. Attached: Photos taken at the closest entrance to the hotel. Suggestion: The breakfast could use a bit more spice and more vegetables.

Right downstairs is the Kuntara (Hotel/Tower). Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Comfortable, quiet, and cozy Service: Warm, including airport pick-up/drop-off Very close to the Old City, with plenty of places to explore in the evening. Lots of convenient food options, and the breakfast selection is also very rich.

The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very kind and gentle. It's also very close to the ancient city. I extended my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
