MM515764****The hotel lobby is large and there are flowers, equipped with intelligent robots. The front desk service was very good and gave us a free upgrade to the room type! The rooms are very clean and tidy, all intelligently controlled, the room attendants are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to send us a few more bottles of water, the restaurant is also very large, the breakfast is very fresh.

GGuest User這次入住鳳梧棲酒店的大床房，體驗真的超出預期，房間本身衞生做得也很乾凈，床品帶着淡淡的清香，記憶棉枕頭睡的舒服，住得特別安心。設施也很完善，空調製冷是中央空調，電視75寸畫質清晰，連床頭的插座設計都很貼心還有usb插口，細節處能感覺到用心。最加分的是服務員的服務，從進門時前台熱情的指引，到入住期間有需求時的快速響應，都讓人覺得特別舒服。早上路過餐廳，工作人員還會主動打招呼，詢問口味是否合心意，那種親切又不過度的熱情，讓人心裏暖暖的。總之，無論是窗外的公園美景、乾淨舒適的房間，還是貼心周到的服務，都讓人挑不出毛病，下次來肯定還選這裏！

- Convenient Transportation: Within walking distance of several ancient city attractions, including the Hanging Gardens and Grandpa's Grandpa's Wolf, the B&B is within easy reach.
- Attentive Service: The staff were friendly and helpful, even helping with luggage to the exit area to get a taxi. Very friendly.

As soon as I completed the reservation, I received a pre-arrival care text message from the hotel, which detailed the precautions for check-in, the surrounding transportation, attractions, and even recommended delicious restaurants nearby. It was very thoughtful and instantly made me look forward to this stay. When checking in at the hotel, the staff were all smiling and very efficient. They helped me complete the formalities quickly and served me a cup of fragrant hot tea, which immediately dispelled my fatigue from the journey. When entering the room, the first feeling is that it is clean and tidy. The cleanliness level deserves full marks. The room was filled with a light, comforting scent that smelled particularly relaxing. The guest supplies are well organized, complete in variety and of very good quality. The bedding is absolutely amazing, so soft and skin-friendly that I don’t want to get up once I lie down on it. I have slept very soundly these past few nights. The room delivery service is also very good. The staff delivered what I needed very quickly and their attitude was very good. The shower experience is also great, the water temperature and water pressure are just right, and it is very comfortable to take a shower. The laundry service was also very satisfactory. The clothes were washed clean, folded neatly and sent back to the room, and carefully packed in laundry bags. The hotel's hardware facilities are very new, the TV has clear picture quality and many channels. It is very pleasant to watch TV at night. The air conditioner has good cooling and heating effects, and it runs almost silently. The variety of breakfast is beyond imagination and the taste is very good. I can eat a full and delicious meal every morning. The weather has been a bit chilly recently and someone reminded me to bring some warm water with me when I go out. It’s actually heated water, which is very friendly for someone like me who loves to drink hot water. I heard that there is a special midnight snack called ”Late Night Porridge”, which is really my favorite. I was busy until very late and returned to the hotel. My stomach was growling with hunger. The porridge was especially delicious and I felt refreshed after drinking it. The bamboo area of the hotel is simply a treasure trove. The environment is quiet and elegant, with many books and green plants. Reading a book and drinking tea there can make people forget all their worries. No matter where you go in the hotel, when you meet the staff, they will greet you warmly. The service is particularly good, making people feel very friendly. The sound insulation effect is also very good. You can't hear any noise from outside at night and can sleep peacefully. When I checked out, the invoice was also smooth. The staff was very skilled and helped me with it quickly. However, a small incident occurred during this stay. One night, when I was about to rest, Kashgar fell into darkness. To be honest, I was a little panicked at the time and quickly called room service. In less than three minutes, they came over and kept me company, whispering to me not to be afraid. This stay was great. I believe that even if I encountered an emergency, the way the hotel staff handled it would make me feel at ease. I am very satisfied with every aspect. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I come here in the future, and I will recommend it to my relatives and friends!

MM782665****The restaurant breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and good taste. The kitchen environment was particularly nice, and the staff, including the handsome young man and lady in the kitchen, were exceptionally friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff greeted guests warmly, making us feel at home. The receptionist, Xiao Li, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, answering all our questions quickly. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting us with our luggage. Parking was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The living room is spacious and bright, and the decoration is very stylish. It is a national style. I come from the north. I love it. If there is a room, the front desk lady also upgraded us to a tatami viewing standard room for free. Hahahaha, I love it too much. 🧡 The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bedding was very clean. A good night's sleep The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is also equipped with a humidifier. The details are full of 💯 The service is not to say. From the staff who check in at the front desk to the aunt who cleans the room, everyone is warm and caring. When checking in, the front desk lady not only was fast and efficient, but also took the initiative to recommend me fun places around. During the stay, if there is any demand, the staff can respond quickly and solve it properly.
