GGuest User帶老婆孩子一起來的，環境特別好功能設施齊全，住的是大房車一次全新的體驗，房間裏面空調熱水器齊全，雖然五台山晚上還冷但是家裡麪真的是特別暖和，工作人員服務態度也特別好，我們是晚上到的因為沒有預約到車所以老闆大晚上的還去接我們走的時候還給我們送到坐車點👏👍🤝

JjimmyThe hotel is located at the foot of Wutai Mountain (outside the scenic area), a 900-meter walk from the visitor center. Since we were traveling with friends, we specifically chose a LOFT room.
After checking in, the first night the underfloor heating was too hot (although there was central air conditioning with dehumidifier). We contacted the front desk, but only two rooms were available, so we were given a different room the next day. However, the underfloor heating was turned off the second night, possibly due to a wiring problem, and we woke up freezing in the morning. We also had problems getting wet in the rain. We contacted the hotel promptly, and they responded quickly and helped resolve the issues (I am satisfied with their service). They communicated immediately when problems arose and were always able to help solve them.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider choosing this hotel again for future trips.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in quickly and efficiently, and even offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Throughout my stay, they greeted me politely every time I encountered them, making me feel very respected. Room service was also prompt, with the room being cleaned impeccably daily and all amenities replenished. The room was cozy and comfortable, with soft, clean bedding and high-quality blankets and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The room was well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning, a variety of TV channels, and a stable internet connection, fully meeting my needs. The bathroom had ample hot water at a consistent temperature, and the toiletries were of high quality.
