"The service was good, and it's super convenient having Aeon right next door. The only downside is that the lower floors can be a bit noisy at night. As for cleanliness: The bath towels were clean, but the duvet wasn't clean on the first day. We complained and they replaced it with a new one. For a hotel of this brand, you really wouldn't expect that."

Hotel Osaka PIK2 is pretty solid location very close by to NICE which was the main reason why we booked it. Turns out it's also very close to PIK by the sea which was very pleasant to visit. There's also a lot of restaurants, shops, etc nearby and getting grab to and from here is quite easy. Only downside is that there is no fridge or microwave in the room but it was fully transparent in the description when we booked.

Considering the rate we paid, we expected a higher standard. The building quality and overall condition felt quite average and didn’t fully reflect the price. That said, the customer service was excellent — the staff were friendly and helpful — and the free parking was definitely a plus.

The hotel is located in a pretty bustling area, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. It's an older hotel, but relatively clean. However, there are no toiletries provided in the room, and the bed linens and duvet covers seem quite old and have been bleached so much that they felt a bit scratchy on the skin. Also, the hairdryer wasn't very powerful.
