The resort successfully captures the 'Okinawa Blue' spirit in every corner. Service & Amenities The service here felt notably more 'high-touch' and personalized. The staff navigate the complexities of a large-scale resort with grace and genuine warmth—a step above the standard 'transactional' service seen in city hotels. You can feel the passion and warmth the moment you arrive at the resort. Accommodation Note The rooms are impressively spacious by Japanese standards and the location is right in between Churaumi Aquarium and Bise Fukugi Tree Road by foot!!! Guest Tip: Ensure you are present at your balcony to embrace the magnificent sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon around 5:00 PM is a transformative experience that defines the beauty of this resort.

The room was incredibly spacious! I've never stayed in a Japanese hotel this large before. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is quiet, peaceful, and the room was huge and super comfortable. I felt completely relaxed after sleeping here. The ocean view was lovely to gaze at, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were also very attentive, making me feel as warm and welcome as if I were staying at a lovely holiday home. Breakfast was delicious too. It's definitely a place I'd love to visit again.

Very good hotel that can sleep 4 comfortably. Was very clean, very close, 5 mins walk to some food outlets e.g. Gongcha, potama sandwich etc. We took the free shuttle bus to Bise-fukugi tree road (keep walking till you reach the beach and timed to arrive before sunset to see the beautiful sky). Breakfast spread was very good. This is a hotel that i would recommend to family and friends.

Highlights Service & Hospitality: The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, always welcoming, professional, and attentive to our needs. Dining: Overall, the food options were fantastic and added a lot of flavor to our holiday. Cleanliness: The rooms and property were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. Eco-Friendly Program: We loved the option to opt out of daily housekeeping in exchange for a 1,000 yen credit—it's a brilliant, eco-friendly initiative that rewards sustainable choices while cutting down on waste. Room for Improvement Breakfast Selection: While most of the food was great, the Western breakfast option felt a bit lackluster and could use a bit more variety or a culinary refresh. Overall, it is a fantastic resort with great attention to detail, and we would happily return for another visit!

Outstanding Family Resort Experience We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this resort to families visiting Okinawa. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our holiday memorable. One of the best decisions we made was purchasing the Savvy Club package. It offered excellent value through discounts on restaurants and activities, and an added bonus was that lunch and dinner were complimentary for children under 12. For families, this made a significant difference and enhanced the overall experience. The range of activities available was truly impressive. Beyond the usual water sports, there were opportunities for snorkeling, diving, and unique marine life programs. Our children especially loved the experiences with the sea turtles and dolphins, which became the highlight of the trip and created memories they will talk about for years to come. Swimming with the dolphins was particularly special and an experience we will never forget. Another standout feature was the indoor water park. It was a huge hit with our children and provided the perfect alternative when the weather was either rainy or simply too hot to be outdoors. Having such a high-quality indoor facility meant there was always something fun for the kids to do regardless of the conditions. What stood out most was the level of care shown by the staff. As we had a very early flight on our departure day, we informed the hotel that we would be checking out before breakfast service started. Without hesitation, they kindly prepared breakfast bento boxes for our family to take with us. It was a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s exceptional hospitality. From the facilities and activities to the outstanding service, this was one of our favourite family holidays. The children are already asking when we can come back, which says it all.

Here are some detailed tips: 1. **Transportation**: You can take the Limousine Bus (CD line) directly from Naha Airport to the hotel entrance. The last bus departs at 6 PM. Look for the 'Airport - Domestic Terminal' direction, and purchase your ticket at Gate 2. Cash payment is required. The hotel front desk can book a return bus to the airport/Naha Bus Terminal, but only morning departures are available. The bus stop is located just a short walk to the left after exiting the hotel. The journey typically takes 1.5 hours. 2. **Dining**: I recommend booking a stay that includes breakfast; the buffet breakfast is excellent, and you can enjoy it with ocean views. For dinner, you can purchase the buffet on-site. Remember to use the 10% discount coupon provided by the hotel. Dining options nearby are limited; about 100 meters from the hotel, there's only one shabu-shabu restaurant, which also offers sukiyaki. 3. **Shopping**: The hotel has a souvenir shop and a convenience store, but prices are a bit high. About 100 meters from the hotel, across the road, there's a Family Mart convenience store with reasonable prices. 4. **Facilities**: All water sports activities on the beach incur extra charges, but the pricing is transparent. There's a fee for the hot springs, which varies depending on the time of day, with mornings being cheaper and evenings most expensive. I suggest going in the afternoon; it opens after 4 PM, there are fewer people, and you can enjoy the beach view. It's located near the indoor pool on the first floor and can be a bit hard to find, so ask a staff member for directions. It costs 600 JPY per person in the afternoon. If you opt out of room cleaning, the hotel provides a 1000 JPY voucher that can be used at the hotel's hot springs, restaurants, or convenience store. 5. **Rooms**: The rooms are generally clean. Remember to request a high floor from the staff, especially if you've booked an ocean view room. Late check-ins might only get lower-floor rooms, but it's worth trying to get a higher floor; while all ocean view rooms offer a sea view, the perspective differs significantly. 6. **Surroundings**: You can take a taxi to Onna Station, which is like a service area with some snack stalls and a supermarket. I saw reviews mentioning the North Building being older, but my stay there this time completely changed my mind. The facilities are well-maintained, and the room was quite spacious, with plenty of room in the bathroom, bedroom, and balcony! The breakfast selection was relatively limited, and the dishes didn't change much over my two-day stay, but it was acceptable. The hotel is very close to the beach; you step right out onto it, and the sea view is perfect. The water is clear, and the swimming area is open until 5:30 PM, after which swimming is not allowed. To use amenities like beach chairs, golf, water kayaking, and the sauna (seven or eight items in total), you need to purchase a pass at check-in, which then grants free use. Other water activities like snorkeling require an extra fee (you can rent life jackets, goggles, and snorkels to snorkel independently in the hotel's sea area, and there are quite a few small fish near the reefs). Notably, the hotel's seaside boardwalk is beautiful! Few people venture there, especially at sunset, when the scenery is absolutely stunning. The maga zip line charges hotel guests the same as other visitors, which is interesting. It's definitely worth trying.

The ultimate choice in Okinawa! Stunning beach, caves, and perfect family vibe Our second room was just as wonderful. If you are looking to stay on the main island of Okinawa without taking extra flights to outer islands like Ishigaki, this is hands down the best hotel for a family vacation with kids. What we absolutely loved: * Stunning beach and nature: The beach is perfect and super safe for children. There is an incredibly beautiful, winding path along the shore. The rocky coastline, scenic caves, and lush tropical plants make walking around a magical experience. * A winning hotel chain: We highly recommend combining your trip with their sister property. If you do travel to Ishigaki, stay at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort—it is easily one of the finest hotels on that island. Both resorts represent the absolute top tier of hospitality. * Flawless service despite flight issues: Our only complaint about the entire trip goes to ANA Airlines, as our return flight to Tokyo was delayed by 8 hours, which was quite exhausting. However, this is strictly an airline issue. It has nothing to do with the hotels themselves and their wonderful, dedicated staff who did an impeccable job. The local Okinawans at the resort are the sweetest and most welcoming people. Between the brilliant service, incredible nature, and great facilities, this was a dream vacation!

The location is excellent! You can take a bus directly from DFS in Shintoshin, and it stops right at the hotel entrance. While the room facilities are a bit old, the rooms are very spacious, perfect for family trips. There's a commercial street downstairs with a Starbucks and an Okinawa specialty supermarket. Getting to the aquarium is also convenient, with a shuttle bus service available for round trips. After a full day out, you can easily find dinner downstairs, and there's even an ice cream truck! We really enjoyed our two-night stay.
