"The Occidental Hotel Medina is a gem of a hotel. We needed lodging on short notice, and they absolutely delivered! Our room was large and airy, with a balcony on a quiet courtyard. The bed, bath, linens were great. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Get the octopus. But the star of the show is the staff. In particular, Meryem is the best! She knew everything we needed to make our two weeks totally enjoyable. We are experienced travelers, and we truly appreciate her efforts. In short, a great hotel at an amazing price. Go!"

The welcoming decorations in our room, adorned with beautiful rose flowers, made our stay truly special. I would like to give a special mention to Aida, who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. Every time we needed assistance, she was there, ensuring our comfort and happiness.  Additionally, I want to thank the front desk manager, Samiya Bernoussi, for accommodating our request for a late check-out after we learned about our flight delay. I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

The hotel's ordinary double room is large in size and the bathroom is very luxuriously decorated. However, the location is average, with only a few restaurants nearby and some distance from any attractions.

Be careful this hotel!!!!! It's my first time to leave a bad review. Never go to this hotel for Asians. I made a reservation because the hotel's design is unique, but the facilities are very old. The front desk worker said something ****** about Asians when he greeted me on the last day. Maybe he thought I didn't know that. I asked him why he said that, and he quickly changed his words. Racism should never be anywhere.

This hotel is located in the heart of Casablanca, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. We arrived early on the day of check-in, and they proactively offered to store our luggage so we could go explore. They even guided us to a currency exchange office and patiently answered all our questions.

The best thing in the hotel is the staff . Madiha , umiama .. Khadijah., Anas . About the room it was good but bathroom need to be supported with hand shower since it’s Muslim country and it wasn’t clean enough when I checked in . About the Resturant had one problem ., there were many misquote around the breakfast .

The hotel is in a good location, five or six minutes walk from the train station. The attitude of the service staff is very good. The room is large, but the facilities are a bit old. The hotel should include breakfast, and breakfast is okay, western style. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good, and it is quite recommended.
