GGuest UserI have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves.
As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them.
Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think.
Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

MMokamiaomiaoIf you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle and find a paradise, this is the best choice  The whole butler service, any request will be answered in seconds. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. There are many lounges where you can relax and play mahjong in the lounge, and it is a high-end electronic mahjong table. Superb haha

CColasWe stayed only one night, but have been warmly welcomed. Nice and clean hotel, although it was terrible weather (storm) there was no issue (flooding or leakage), the room was comfortable, with good size and arrangement.
Breakfast can be taken with a very nice view on the beach (careful, it’s not the best beach of the area).
Team welcomed us warmly, there are restaurants (TAAS worth it) all around which makes a good location overall (trip in tricycle to the town is always funny).

Room: I used it for three people, but it was big enough. It was really nice to have breakfast on the outside terrace.
Meals: The restaurant at the hotel was really good and we used it for everything except breakfast.
The atmosphere of the whole hotel was so good and calm. I will definitely use it again when coming to El Nido!

GGuest UserThe hotel is simply gorgeous. The view from the room was perfect, and breakfast overlooking the beach was especially nice. The room was clean, and the linens smelled delicious. The staff was very friendly. The beach was almost empty, just a minute's walk away. The perfect place for privacy.

AArtyom VolkovThe hotel's location pretty much forces you to rent a scooter; the closest beach, Vanilla Beach, is a 20-minute walk away. In 2026, the hotel was undergoing constant renovation noise. There's absolutely no soundproofing. The highway is right outside the windows, so motorcycles and trucks will keep you from getting any sleep. There were tiny ants running on the table in the room. On the bright side, the air conditioning in the room was good and quiet. They only provide two bars of soap, no shampoo, shower gel, or conditioner. There's a kettle, but no tea or coffee. The white bed linen was excellent. The renovation is new, but the shower was very poorly done. Housekeeping is only every other day and upon request, and they don't change the towels. I also want to mention the gym; it looks good in photos, but in reality, all the treadmills are broken, and the air conditioning in the gym doesn't work.

Ffranco dazziUpon arrival, I was a little surprised by the somewhat isolated road, but as soon as I arrived, I found a special place... beautiful, welcoming, the owner was friendly and thoughtful, she helped us with everything, then rented scooters that allowed us to explore the beaches, etc. Always hot water, air conditioning, satellite TV... swimming pool, in short, a dream. I will definitely be back.
