"All I can say was 10/10, We really enjoyed our family staycation with Sherao Hotel. The rooms, pool and overall from the hotel was really cleaned and wherever you go the scent was perfect đđđ. The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect đđ"

"The staff, especially reception were excellent. The amenities were also excellent, the issues we faced were the cleaning staff even with the âplease clean roomâ light on, they do not clean it. We had to contact the reception every time. The fire alarm on my second night turned on from 2:30 AM till 3:30 AM. The disco music was very loud from different night clubs inside the hotel, with no signs of improving the guestsâ experience in this matter."

The air is consistently filled with a delightful frankincense scent. The service level is comparable only to the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, yet at less than half the price. It's located in Msheireb, a meticulously designed and lavishly rebuilt area on the site of old Doha, creating an elegant and beautiful dreamscape. It's an unparalleled choice for anyone visiting Qatar.

MMohammad Salem 069A beautiful hotel with outstanding service! The staff are incredibly polite and friendly, especially the front desk team. We arrived at 12:00 PM, well before the standard 3:00 PM check-in, and were still able to get our room immediately.
This hotel is my absolute favorite in Doha! The breakfast is excellent, and the beach staff are extremely friendly and, what's particularly important to me, very respectful. You feel completely welcome here, and I will definitely be back!

GGuest UserWe had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room.
The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers.
The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice.
The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms.
The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing.
This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.

GGuest UserThe neighborhood around the hotel feels very upscale and modern. There's a free miniature train downstairs in the community area. The hotel restaurant is beautiful and offers a great sense of occasion, though the breakfast selection is a bit limited. The room itself is also quite nice, and the bathroom even has a TV. Our room had a view of the Museum of Islamic Art. Overall, it's pretty good and worth recommending.

SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then itâs very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. Thatâs a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesnât make holidays here enjoyable

GGuest UserI paid for a junior suite with a mini-bar for three guests. I specifically chose this room category for a beautiful city view and a larger space. The price was double that of a standard room.
However, I was checked into a small room, #3320, with no mini-bar, no extra space, no sofa, and no beautiful view. What exactly did I pay for? And this is supposed to be five-star service??? Shameful! I feel completely ripped off. Why?
This kind of treatment completely ruined my impression of the entire country.
I am very upset. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

LLuiz Mattos 2591The hotel instalations are in fair condition, but some little problems have got to be resolved.
The shower, keeps changing the temperature of the water, goes from cold to extremely hot constantly, so you have to get in and out of the shower so you don't get almost burn or frozen.
They do provide a safe on the room, but you cannot set your own combination, they have one fixed combination for each room, and it won't change regarding whos in the room. That means if the room is occupied for one person today, the combination will be the same for everyone occupying that room. It's fixed and very easy to be spread for the whole hotel staff.
The person attending us at checkout, I wouldn't say rude, but not very pleasant to deal with.
The mattress was very soft, it caused us some back pain.
The breakfat is very oriented to a specific ethnicity. You have not other options if you does not belong to that ethnicity.
But, anyway, besides all still a very good option for a quick and affordable stay.
