"Excellent Stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, and honestly, everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until departure. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, cleanliness is evident throughout all facilities, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. I particularly want to thank all the staff for their excellent service, attentiveness, and respect. They were very cooperative, and their dedication to guests' comfort was clear throughout my stay. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the receptionist, Rosha. He was incredibly professional, tasteful, and kind in his interactions. He greeted us with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome, and was very cooperative and quick to respond to any request or inquiry. His refined manner and attention to detail truly made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Honestly, an outstanding employee like Rosha leaves a very positive impression of the hotel and represents the establishment in the best possible way. The front desk team was professional, friendly, and welcoming. I would especially like to thank Raju, Priya, and Lokhnath for their excellent hospitality and support. A special appreciation goes to Nagma from the restaurant for her outstanding service. The brunch was delicious, and her kindness made the dining experience even better. "I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍"

"This hotel is fantastic, highly recommend it! 1. There's a security check at the entrance. We asked why, and it turns out it's a government-owned hotel, so they ensure 100% security. 2. It's just a one-minute walk to the metro station, right across a small street from the hotel. 3. Parking is free. If you're driving, you just hand your keys to the attendant at the entrance, and when you leave, you exchange a card for your keys, and they'll bring your car to the front. 4. There's free coffee in the lobby. Trying a date with coffee is highly recommended; it’s a very authentic Arabian experience. 5. It's only about 300 meters from Souq Waqif, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring. 6. It's also very close to the airport, about 20 minutes by metro with just one transfer. 7. Security is top-notch. We tested it, and if you lock the door from the inside, even a room key won't open it from the outside. The front desk staff were very friendly. When we were taking photos before leaving, they even offered to help us take a family picture. Although it might be a bit more expensive than chain hotels like Hampton by Hilton, after comparing everything, it feels incredibly worth it!"
