Despite these inconveniences, the prime position and generous room size balanced the experience."

"The worst experience! It is totally inconsistent with the photos posted by Ctrip. The photos of the hotel’s exterior scenery are 20 minutes away from the hotel by car. The said 31 square meters and terraces are not there. The luxurious bathroom is just like a business hotel. It feels cheated."

"The service at the front desk was excellent: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were better than expected. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean.
The parking lot was on multiple levels attached to the hotel. So if you are living on the 5th floor then you could park on the 5th floor and use your room key to enter the hotel on the 5th floor. The location was ok, but not really close to any of the main attractions of Savannah. You will need to drive around 15-20 minutes to go to the main areas."

"The hotel is located on the edge of the historic district, so it is a quick 10-15 minute walk to either River Street or even Forsyth Park. Even the standard suites are larger than most other similar properties. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were above average. All employees from the front desk to the breakfast servers and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rated lower in the facility category as the outside landscaping by the sidewalks was **** filled and over grown. This really detracted from the exterior appearance. The fitness was large and has a good amount of cardio equipment but only had one, torn workout bench, no area/mats for core work and the hand weights were missing all 20lb and 25lb pairs. There should be other strength training options. The breakfast food options were presented in an attractive manner with good over all quality. "

The hotel in the old house, the decoration style is not too love, the most like its restaurant and reception area, we booked the Chatham Earl Suite is also super stylish, the Chinese vases and Chinese paintings inside are flattering Chinese guests like us, is to carry the suitcase to climb the second floor. Although there is no meal, the hostess still provided us with a simple and nutritious breakfast, and the handsome waiter was super good. The feeling of a five-star hotel is that the cleanliness is still worse than the star hotel in terms of norms and standards. There are stains on the sheets and itchy skin when sleeping. Booked a city sightseeing bus, the hotel called the shuttle bus to send to the departure station. Next to it is St. John's Church, architectural aesthetics + painted art, beautiful.

The location is very nice (right in front of the Savannah River)
Parking is the worst (no free parking even if you stay here.. valet $54, self-parking in the parking lot building is $56 (because it's calculated by the hour)
*If you're going to park, I recommend just parking on the side of the road.. hotel parking is too expensive
Amenities are good.. it's a shame there's no pool...
Room cleaning - seems to be done roughly.. the trash can area is not cleaned (it seems like they only throw away big things..)
Amenities are not filled... one day thread & needle, one day hair cap, one day nothing.. hit or miss
I don't know because I didn't eat here
Ah! Baobab Bar has a good atmosphere and is friendly

The room in this hotel is very big, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the room is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here with friends, and the room service is particularly good. I highly recommend it to everyone!
