"This is a very dated hotel, featuring wooden blinds and an old air conditioning unit. Despite its age, it was reasonably clean and free of any unpleasant odors. We only stayed for one night over the weekend, and it was surprisingly quiet."

Great
AAnonymous UserThe environment here is pretty good, but I don't understand why a hotel this big would have dozens of people frantically knocking on my door all day long, demanding that I *must* go downstairs to the front desk to extend my stay, even after I've already extended it on my phone and had my credit card pre-authorized. What's the point? Didn't I extend my stay precisely so I could sleep in a bit longer? If I could go downstairs to extend it, why wouldn't I just check out and leave? If you can't accept this, then don't book here. The experience of extending my stay was absolutely terrible.

DDolphin&PigThe hotel offers free parking. From the parking lot, take the elevator down to C (casino level) to access the hotel lobby. Check-in is to the left of the main entrance, so it's easy to find. The hotel is quite close to the airport, so you can hear planes in the evenings and mornings. Also, the room has no windows, but there's a glass door connecting the living room and balcony. The soundproofing isn't great, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider another hotel.

MMhel&PolWe recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and Casino (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated.
However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience.
We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.

KKrazee MikeHarrahs Las Vegas – Decent Location, Mixed Experience
The room itself was acceptable – not exceptional, but functional. Housekeeping did a solid job on the floors and bathroom, though some less-trafficked areas showed dust. The room felt a bit dated, and the closet placement inside the bathroom was an unusual design choice. We stayed on the 50th floor of the Mountain Tower, which sounds great in theory, but the street-level music from the Strip can boom all the way up and make falling asleep a challenge. One night there was an unidentified scraping/mechanical noise that persisted through the night and really disrupted our sleep. The beds were comfortable enough, and I particularly liked the pillows.
The standout feature is genuinely the location – centrally positioned on the Strip with easy walking access to the Venetian and other nearby properties. If you're using Harrah's primarily as a base for exploring the Strip, it serves that purpose well.
The casino itself is a different story. Low ceilings and what felt like poor ventilation make the smoke situation noticeably worse than other Strip casinos – non-smokers should be aware. Check-in had a fairly long wait; the self-service kiosks weren't functioning, so everyone was funneled to the desk. That said, the front desk agent who helped us was friendly and efficient.
Bottom line: Solid Strip location at a reasonable price point, but go in with modest expectations on the room quality and casino atmosphere.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so clean! Everyone was so nice! Especially the Valet parking guys! The shower has great hot water and pressure, it was quiet to sleep, the A/C worked well. Bed was comfy. Disappointed the pool wasn't open yet despite 90° temperatures. Coffee in the room or lobby would be wonderful without walking all the way to Starbucks and paying their prices. Overall it was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.
22026mashangyouqianThe room was spacious and the facilities were well-maintained. The location is super convenient with easy access to entertainment and dining options. They even gave us vouchers for the observation deck, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – a full panoramic vista of Las Vegas. It was an amazing experience!

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.
GGuest UserI loved that I tried to order days before and it was 180.00 to 230. So I reserved somewhere else and I didn’t do it right so and add my grandkids. Long story short I got a room at circus circus for 100.
I wanna thank you and appreciate you and your service. I loves the stores , games .
