Great
GGuest UserPretty good! They gave me a high-floor room without any extra charge. The hotel is very new and the room is spacious. Even though the view isn't great, it's a very comfortable stay. All sorts of dining and entertainment options are available, so you don't even need to leave the hotel.

DDolphin&PigThe hotel offers free parking. From the parking lot, take the elevator down to C (casino level) to access the hotel lobby. Check-in is to the left of the main entrance, so it's easy to find. The hotel is quite close to the airport, so you can hear planes in the evenings and mornings. Also, the room has no windows, but there's a glass door connecting the living room and balcony. The soundproofing isn't great, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider another hotel.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room felt quite new, probably renovated in the past few years. Cleanliness: Top-notch. Environment: Located at the northern end of the Strip, it's very quiet, unlike the bustling Bellagio or Caesars Palace. The monorail station is right downstairs, and I didn't see any homeless people around. Service: There was a bit of a queue for both check-in and check-out, but it wasn't too bad.

GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.

LLohMKThru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel? It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in. The next letter to us was weird!!? It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies. So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat. These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line. Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge. As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.

GGuest UserThis resort is a solid choice for those who prefer a well-maintained property with a genuine local vibe away from the Strip's chaos. Service was excellent, and the parking options—both self-parking and complimentary valet—were a major convenience. Our King room was spotless, though it is worth noting that the casino lacks atmosphere. If you are looking for high-energy gaming, this might not be the spot, but it’s perfect for a quieter stay. While the in-room TVs charge for most content, the system is very easy to set up with your own streaming services. Don’t miss Trattoria 57 - the Italian food there is truly delicious.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.

GGuest UserDespite it being a last-minute booking on a very hectic weekend, I was able to get a reasonable price. Please note that the facility is older, so you should not expect anything luxurious, but I found the accommodations to be clean, there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, but the location is convenient as it is easily accessible to the Strip. The check-in is handled via automated kiosks, and they have a lot of kiosks available. This made the process much easier and ensured that the wait time was minimal.
