"We stayed there for 4 nights and the housekeeper only comes once on the second day to replace after we complained the housekeeper didn’t come on the first day. There is no cleaning service at all. The bathroom is dirty and moldy. The front desk staffs are very nice."

"I enjoyed staying here, our room was clean, bed was clean and super comfortable. Location worked pretty good for us. We didn’t get the chance to get in the pool but it was opened and good size pool. My puppies enjoyed it also, very friendly personnel."

GGuest UserI am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated.
The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere.
That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through.
Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used.
Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

鹏鹏叔叔Due to hurricane Beryl, the original booked hotel was out of power supply. We called Marriot and they confirmed everything was OK there. The hotel was closed to the airport, just several minutes by subway. The room was clean. We had a good sleep after the 14-hour flight. Breakfast OK.
