"Subject: Concern Regarding Bottled Water Charges Dear Team, As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed at many hotels over the past three years. However, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel that charges for the two bottled waters provided in the room. I was surprised to see a charge of USD 6 per bottle (excluding tax), which I find difficult to understand. While the bottles did have labels, I would not have consumed them had I known they were priced this high. I believe such practices are out of step with the current trend in hotel services, where complimentary water is typically provided to guests. Small issues like this can unfortunately damage the overall image of the hotel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that the bottled water charges will be waived accordingly.
