Spa Hotels in Maricopa County

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

VERIFY YOUR BOOKING WITH THE HOTEL! I booked a two queen bed room and when I got to the hotel they said they were sold out. There was nothing anyone could do and all hotels were sold out of double bed rooms in the same zip code. The clerk comped my parking and luckily the king bed was massive so I was able to share with my brother. It was a nice place, very clean, and ample parking. If I would have been given the room I booked i would have given the hotel 5 stars. Really a bummer but I made the most out of it since it was my other brother's bachelor party night.

The room was standard and was quite clean, the drawbacks was that since the hotel was right next to the highway, it can get quite noisy at night. The AC unit in our room was also quite noisy and made a weird noise. Many of the amenities in the room was not properly refilled. Had to go down to the reception to ask them to refill a few items. Not great, average stay. There’s also a $5 parking fee for each overnight stay, which was not mentioned when we booked through Trip.com

we checked in the facility and I t 2 pm. Our room was very clean and the hotel front desk representative was very personable, he made my husband and I very welcome. One of the best things about this place was that its right next door to the Glendale Mall. I was able to shop while hubby stayed at our room. All the great restaurants are within 2 blocks. I am very satisfied with our stay at La Quinta. I would definetely go there again and also recommend this facility.

We enjoyed our stay and the chocolate chip cookies never disappoint. Yummy …our hostess and servers were friendly, courteous and welcoming and I included a photo of the special gal that waited on us for the two morning breakfasts. Everything was great and will stay again.

For a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.

Overall experience is very good! Friendly staff, clean and sanitized rooms, breakfast is good! Ambiance is excellent! We are looking forward to come back there soon, highly recommendable place to stay!

The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and they were very accommodating I was very fortunate to be able to be helped by Katie at the front desk she was very accommodating when I requested a room with a hot tub because previous night they were not available. And a bonus I was right next to the pool. Definitely will come back!

The hotel is older and small but staff is friendly and location is fantastic for visiting Old Town Scottsdale. Was very disappointed that we booked through Trip.com for a king room and they sent to the hotel that our reservation was for a double room and since the hotel was completely sold out the hotel did not honor what our reservation confirmation showed.
