Our family returned to China to visit relatives and stayed at the Texas Home Inn neo. The front desk service was really friendly and welcoming! We arrived a little early, and the front desk lady took the initiative to help store our luggage. Because we don't have a domestic mobile phone number, it is very inconvenient, and it takes a lot of trouble to get various matters, especially patient. During the period, various services were very intimate. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean, but the carpets in the hallway could use a deep cleaning and there was a strong stench of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel even though there were ”No Smoking” signs everywhere. The employees at the front desk were all very nice and accommodating. They deserve much praise.

Staying at the Cloud Hotel in Dezhou Wanda Plaza was such a great deal! Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart devices in the room were great, especially the voice control for the lights and air conditioning. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Cleanliness was impeccable, even the nooks and crannies were spotless. The receptionist was friendly, check-in was quick, and she even recommended some good restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dezhou!
