Many Thanks Indeed to Chen Sifu for his amiable and super enthusiastic who provided us with necessary information and chauffeured us back and forth ie. Emei high speed train station / Emeishan station.. as well as bring us to enjoyed the authentic local cuisine.. MM256053****Traveling with kids, they really enjoyed it. This was one of the most satisfying hotels we stayed at during our National Day trip. The location is very close to where the 'zero kilometer' shuttle departs. The environment is clean and tidy, and the attention to detail is excellent. The disposable toiletries are of good quality, especially the disposable face towels and bath towels, which many hotels don't provide. They have a washing machine and dryer, so the facilities are very complete. The breakfast noodles were delicious.

MM2ewj21dm****The location is very close to Baoguo Temple, the environment is elegant and quiet, and I slept very comfortably. The receptionist was very nice; she proactively contacted me in advance to inform me that she could pick me up from the high-speed rail station, and the owner personally drove me there—it was incredibly heartwarming. The ladies making breakfast were also very friendly. What touched me most was that after checking out, I forgot my cosmetics, and after communicating with the receptionist, the owner very kindly brought them to me at the high-speed rail station. The receptionist, the owner, and the breakfast ladies were all extremely nice; based on this level of service alone, I would definitely consider staying here.

GGuest UserIt’s my first time here and the scenery is breathtaking, unexpectedly beautiful. We were so lucky to encounter a heavy snowfall. Then we saw calligraphy works everywhere in the Jingjing Building, especially the big Chinese red character ”Fu”. Everything was fresh 💐. The blooming wintersweet flowers had a faint fragrance, and the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year was full. The customer service was also very considerate. The room had air conditioning and heating. Looking out through the balcony viewing window of the room, the green mountains covered in silver were particularly charming. At night, I fell asleep accompanied by the heavy snow that made the little potato in the south very excited. What I liked most was his quilt, which was soft and clean. I could lie down and relax all night until dawn, and all the fatigue of the year would be put aside. I kept absorbing negative oxygen ions in the morning, and I will come again next time! By the way, their bamboo shoots are also a major feature. Of course, my favorite is the twice-cooked pork, which is very delicious when eaten with rice.

GGuest UserWe came to Teddy's after we read positive reviews on blogs from other foreign backpackers. Everything they said was true: the rooms are very cosy (with extra heating for the bed and a very good, hot shower). The owner is also extremely helpful with finding the best hiking options on Mount Emei. We also had a great breakfast before we started hiking and we could leave our luggage, free of charge. I would definitely come back here. 😊

GGuest UserThis hotel and restaurant was an absolute gem. We stayed for three nights as a home-base to explore Emeishan. They were friendly, kind, and very patient with us non-Chinese-speaking visitors. They lent us free bamboo walking sticks for our daily hikes, and gave us a warm smile and welcome each time we came and went. Room 303 had a great view and was perfect for us as a couple. The heated floor was a nice touch! The bed was comfy and everything was well maintained and convenient. The menu had English and pictures. We ate there every night and most mornings, and every dish was absolutely delicious, including the mala fish that was live when they weighed it before cooking. One meal was too large for us to finish in one sitting. Even though there was no fridge in the room, they saved the leftovers in the kitchen fridge and reheated the next day. We loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone, whether you need a meal, a bed, or a home to explore this majestic place.

HHeizhimahenxiangFrom the Huangwan Visitor Center, it's about a 1.5-hour scenic shuttle bus ride to Leidongping. This guesthouse is right in front of you as soon as you get off the bus. The owner is very welcoming and knocks on the door every morning to remind you to wake up before the crowds of tourists head down the mountain. Free bamboo walking sticks are also provided. There's a viewing platform right outside the door, where you can spot a lot of monkeys. The food is quite good, and the morning noodles are warm and appetizing. However, as with any guesthouse, there are some flaws, such as poor soundproofing, the shower and toilet being too close together, and average hygiene.
