From the moment we arrived, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of and the level of service was truly impeccable. What really sets Zoland apart is the one-on-one butler service. Every little request was handled with genuine warmth and attention. We truly felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — every meal was a gourmet experience, beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. The quality, creativity and attention to detail in the cuisine were truly on another level. A very special thank you to Mr Ma, the General Manager, who personally brought us on an evening walk along a route behind the hotel towards Qingyin Temple — a path only locals would know. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about Emeishan. It was such a personal and memorable experience. Zoland isn’t simply a beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains — it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make it extraordinary. The combination of serene surroundings, exceptional cuisine, impeccable butler service and incredibly warm hospitality makes this one of those rare stays that you remember long after you leave. A huge thank you to Mr Ma and the entire Zoland team for making our stay so memorable. We came for the beauty and tranquillity of Emeishan, but we left completely won over by the hospitality. The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and wilderness. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including courtyards, guest rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a cafe. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

Emei Utopia Hentique Resort is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. The resort is beautifully set amidst lush greenery, creating a tranquil atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room we stayed in came with a private hot spring, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The room amenities were excellent, and the hotel also offers great facilities that make the overall experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was another highlight, with an excellent variety of choices to suit different tastes. We also appreciated the complimentary airport transfer service, which was a very thoughtful and convenient touch. The only downside is that the resort is located some distance away from Emei city, so getting around can be slightly less convenient if you plan to explore the city frequently. However, if your priority is relaxation, nature and a peaceful resort experience, the location is well worth the trade-off. Lastly we would like to extend our appreciation and compliments to 小包， who was excellent in her service and recommendation during our stay to make it a memorable trip for us.

On September 30th, our family of four traveled to Mount Emei and chose Le Méridien based on recommendations. Upon arrival, we found that everything, from the pre-arranged pick-up/drop-off service at the high-speed rail station to the hotel's facilities, met 5-star standards. The hotel offers a rich array of activities for families, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and an outdoor children's playground, making it perfect for kids. Dining and beverage options are comprehensive, and breakfast is also excellent. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Huguo Temple Tourist Center in Mount Emei (the bus stop for the Leipingping bus), and bus stops for routes 5 and 12 (which go to Fuhu Temple and Huguo Temple) are right outside the entrance. During the National Day holiday, they even offered a special child-focused study and care package for 46 yuan per person, keeping kids engaged from 1 PM to 5:30 PM!

This time I stayed at the Hongzhushan Zen Mountain Retreat in Emei Mountain, and the experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, making travel a breeze. Surrounded by dense forest, the air is fresh, making you feel like you're in a forest oxygen bar. The environment is tranquil and elegant. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive. A customer service manager even visited and added me on WeChat, so I could contact them anytime with questions. The rooms were neat and clean, with good facilities, including a private hot spring bath, offering excellent privacy. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Relaxing in the room with a hot spring bath, accompanied by the forest breeze, was a wonderful overall experience. It's definitely worth another visit!

I really loved the room and the overall environment. Housekeeper Xiao Mei was excellent; she helped me find my charger which I had left in the room. The shuttle service was very prompt; every time, the shuttle was already waiting for me before I even got there. They even gave us two boxes of milk, which I'm still enjoying. This hotel clearly has its pros and cons. Now for the cons: When we drove to the check-in lobby, there was absolutely no one at the entrance – no bellhops, no greeters. It was drizzling that day, and the shuttle driver helped us unload our luggage, but we had to carry it ourselves up to the second floor. I don't understand why these villas, many of which have second floors, don't have elevators or bellhops. With a small infant and a lot of stuff, compared to our previous hotel, the luggage service here was truly terrible. Then, we went to check out the breakfast restaurant on the basement level. I asked the restaurant staff how we were supposed to get a stroller down there, and if there wasn't an elevator. They replied that there wasn't one and that adults would have to carry the babies down. They also mentioned they had a staff elevator but we wouldn't be able to find it, so we'd have to carry everything ourselves. What?! A family-friendly hotel restaurant with no elevator? Later, I realized their answer was too rigid; they could have explained that we could take the stroller down a ramp accessible from where the shuttle drops off passengers. Some of the shuttle drivers were very nice, while others were quite strange. One driver had a sullen expression, looking clearly unhappy to be at work. At first, I didn't know you could just hop on any shuttle. This particular shuttle had other people on it and was coming from the opposite direction, so I asked the driver if I could get on. He irritably snapped at me, ”If you don't get on, how are you going to get there?!” I also saw an old man alone at the circular parking area below the main lobby, holding out his room card with both hands, looking lost and helpless as he asked the shuttle driver (who I think was a supervisor) about his room, his car, and his luggage. This driver patiently helped the old man sort out all his issues. Finally, the noodles at breakfast were delicious, and the fact that you could have takeout delivered to your room was fantastic.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

First time visiting Mount Emei and choosing Hongzhushan Hotel was definitely the right choice, no regrets at all! Located right next to Baoguo Temple, the location is unbeatable and very convenient for getting to the scenic area. Nestled within 440,000 square meters of primeval forest and accompanied by Hongzhu Lake, every step reveals a new view—it feels like staying in a natural oxygen bar with mountains and water. The lake is often wreathed in misty clouds, the rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable; the buffet breakfast offers a great variety and tastes delicious. The highlight is undoubtedly the forest hot springs, with dozens of soaking pools scattered among the trees—soaking in them after a day of hiking is incredibly relaxing. The staff are warm, enthusiastic, and patient. Although I had a few minor hiccups during my stay, the staff helped me handle them promptly and patiently, even accompanying me to the downtown area for medical care with an exceptionally good attitude. This place is perfect whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a place to rest after mountain climbing. I will definitely stay here again next time!

Choosing Wyndham was a happy accident. I didn't check reviews or do any research; I simply picked it because of the room size. This was a family trip (2 adults, 2 children), and while typical hotel rooms are around 30 sqm, here they're 50-60 sqm. The spacious room meant the kids had plenty of space to play without feeling cramped. I've stayed in smaller rooms before where just opening a suitcase made it hard to move around. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised. This place feels more like a family-friendly hotel. It boasts three swimming pools, with both heated and regular temperature options. There's even an LED screen by the pool showing cartoons, which is a lifesaver for parents when the kids get tired of swimming. Next, let's talk about breakfast. I'm used to pre-made pastries, but here, the waffles are freshly baked! The moment you cut into them, a rich milky aroma fills the air. They're warm but not scalding, soft and chewy – I just love freshly baked goods. I always save the best for last: a special shout-out to customer service representative Xiao Jia. After checking in, I added her on WeChat. Whether I had a question about how something worked or needed staff to come help combine beds, she always replied instantly. I almost thought I was talking to an AI, even though the front desk seemed quite busy; she must just be incredibly fast. I've rambled on, but in short, I highly recommend this hotel. Oh, and it's also very close to the Huangwan Tourist Center, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance – definitely solo traveler friendly!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything I needed was easily accessible.
