MMichelleXu_YuanThe location is excellent, very close to Baoguo Temple, just a 5-minute walk. If you're traveling with seniors, I'd highly recommend this hotel. It's also very convenient for visiting Mount Emei. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and clean, but the highlight is the front desk staff's warm and attentive service. They handle issues promptly and efficiently, making for a really great travel experience.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest UserThe private hot spring in the room is an absolute gem! Soaking in the tub while gazing at the greenery outside, all my fatigue just melted away. The 7 different types of pillows are such a thoughtful touch – no matter your sleeping position, you'll find one that's perfect, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The butler service was warm and courteous, covering everything from check-in guidance to itinerary planning, always ready to assist with any request. The room was spotless and tidy, with exquisite attention to detail everywhere. You can also enjoy the lakeside scenery while taking a stroll. The shuttle service within the resort was always available on call, making getting around super convenient. Plus, I got to participate in a free calligraphy activity, and the instructor's explanation was detailed and engaging, offering an immersive experience of traditional culture. Every staff member was incredibly polite, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, all greeting guests with a smile. This stay was an absolutely fantastic experience!

GGuest UserThe Lotus Leaf Cloud Hot Spring B&B, nestled midway up the mountain, is truly magnificent! The private hot spring overlooks the mountains, allowing you to soak in the warm water while watching the clouds swirl around. It's incredibly private! The room is fully equipped with smart home technology, the bedding is comfortable, and the projection screen is a relaxing experience. In the morning, you can listen to the chirping of birds and insects while practicing Ba Duan Jin. At night, you can gaze at the stars while enjoying a cup of organic Yunwu Baihao tea. During the day, you can even play table tennis and badminton in the lobby. The owner thoughtfully arranged a free shuttle to and from the high-speed rail station, saving us the worry of transportation. Relaxing in the mountains and forests was a wonderful and cozy vacation!
I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking a quality life! The environment, facilities, and service are all top-notch. I believe you'll find your own sense of tranquility and happiness here.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service.
When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us.
The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef.
Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

GGuest UserZen Hot Spring · Shifang Sanyuan is truly a place where you can completely let go of your worries and find inner peace. The overall design is elegantly minimalist, with every step revealing an oriental aesthetic, serene and refined, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The hot spring water is wonderfully warm and comfortable; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed. What impressed me the most was the five-star service at the front desk. From reception to ongoing care, every detail was meticulous and gentle, never intrusive or overbearing, yet always there when needed – thoughtful and discreet. Here, both body and mind are gently healed. It's a therapeutic sanctuary worth revisiting, with both quality and service being top-notch. Full marks, highly recommend!

Upon entering, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is also super convenient, being very close to attractions. They also offer a buffet breakfast.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right next to Baoguo Temple Station, making it very convenient to get to Mount Emei. Although the hotel shows its age, the amenities and bedding are clearly chosen with care and are very clean, and the environment is beautiful. The breakfast is incredibly rich; apart from international five-star chain hotels, this breakfast truly ranks among the best. I have two suggestions regarding the hot springs: 1. The hotel could provide a shuttle bus to and from the hot springs. 2. There should be more drinking water stations within the hot springs area; currently, there's only one water dispenser in the indoor pool, which is quite inconvenient.

MM338117****The hotel my kid picked out was pretty decent. It's a great value-for-money hotel; the room is huge, and the facilities meet five-star standards. Breakfast is mostly made to order, and even the wontons are freshly wrapped. The hotel's location is very close to the scenic area and just a few minutes' drive from the food street. All the staff are very friendly and always greet you. The room is clean and tidy, and the mattress must be high-end because as soon as you lie down, you just want to sleep. There's a river next to the hotel where people are fishing – beautiful scenery and a relaxing time. I would definitely book this hotel again.

GGuest UserLovely room, lovely environment, lovely service from the staff. Location is great - we just walked over to Ba Guo Temple to start our epic hike of Emeishan. The staff were extra helpful, making sure our laundry got hung, sending us to the train station, and just overall making us feel welcome. The room itself had a juice rustic feel but with modern comforts.
