The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and wilderness. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including courtyards, guest rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a cafe. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

I booked this hotel for my parents' trip to Mount Emei, and they were absolutely thrilled with the experience! The location is convenient, which is a huge plus when arranging travel for parents in their 60s, saving them a lot of energy. The service was exceptional—the staff were attentive, polite, and took great care of them throughout their stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and they really enjoyed the food as well. My parents are highly satisfied with the entire stay. I hope to have the chance to visit with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Chose Hongzhushan Hotel for a weekend getaway and it completely exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel grounds are elegant and clean, with mountains and a lake where mist often hovers, creating a fantastic atmosphere for photos. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes, which was very satisfying. The staff were warm, patient, and very friendly. The in-room hot spring experience was superb; soaking in it during leisure time was wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating. Plus, there were thoughtful extra services available every day, showing great attention to detail and sincerity. Overall, the stay was excellent and offered incredible value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it!

Traveling to Mount Emei, I was drawn in by the hotel's diverse range of craft activities, and my stay completely exceeded expectations. Nestled at the foot of Mount Emei, surrounded by forests, the natural scenery is stunning. Getting around is convenient with the bus station and Emei Mountain high-speed rail station nearby (they even offer high-speed rail pickup/drop-off service), making the special trip absolutely worthwhile. The guest rooms exude a rich Chinese aesthetic, with exquisite soft furnishings and clean, well-maintained facilities. The staff were warm and attentive; our butler thoughtfully informed us of daily activities in advance and adjusted experience times as needed. We enjoyed perler bead creations, DIY herbal sachets filled with traditional Chinese medicine, tranquil sutra copying, and in-depth cultural explanations of famous figures. In the afternoon, sound therapy helped soothe my shoulders and neck after extended crafting. The restaurant boasts a rich selection of wild mountain ingredients, and the handmade snacks and local specialty dishes were authentic and delicious. After a relaxing hot spring soak, indulging in these culinary delights made for a fulfilling and rejuvenating day.

They upgraded us to a deluxe twin room for free, which was quite spacious, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent for work. As soon as we arrived, we received tickets for Gaotianli during weekdays and a scenic car pass. The rice terraces were beautiful and definitely worth a visit. They also provided a very detailed explanation and introduction to Emei Mountain routes, which was fantastic. The outdoor hot spring had three pools with different temperatures. The outdoor hot spring area was beautifully landscaped, but inevitably, there were a lot of bugs. It was a shame the swimming pool was under maintenance. It would have been even better if there was an indoor hot spring where you could enjoy the beautiful greenery without being bothered by bugs. There were three washing machines and three dryers, which worked very well. For extended stays, the cleaning staff tidied the room and replenished supplies daily, showing great attention to detail. Breakfast was served on the first floor, and you could also order lunch. The chef cooked everything fresh after you placed your order, and the small breakfast cakes and desserts were especially delicious. I left the bamboo stick I brought from Emei Mountain at the front desk for others to borrow, lol. Hope the next person who finds it can use it for self-defense in the monkey area~

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The hotel environment is quiet, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Also, a special shout-out to the hotel's shuttle driver! I accidentally left my insulated water bottle in the car, and after discovering it, the driver, without a moment's hesitation, took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver it to me at the high-speed rail station. Such service attitude and kindness are truly rare! Big praise for the driver's positive energy – I'd feel 100% at ease riding with him!

The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's super close to the scenic area entrance, just a few minutes' walk to the visitor center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the mountain. The Emei River is right outside, and when you open the window, you're greeted by lush green mountains and clear water. The air is so fresh, like a natural oxygen bar; every deep breath brings the scent of plants and trees. They offer a free shuttle from the high-speed train station, and parking is spacious and hassle-free if you're driving. The entire trip was smooth, and it really felt like a perfect getaway.
