MM2ek7m4k0****The hotel service was excellent! Breakfast was included, and they proactively offered airport/station pick-up and drop-off services. When we checked in, the front desk staff went out of their way to suggest various travel strategies for Mount Emei. The driver, who might have been the owner, even chatted with us about Mount Emei's culture, Buddhist culture, and other tourism resources in Sichuan, which was very interesting. There's also a lovely, chubby cat named Coco at the guesthouse who is incredibly friendly. She purrs as soon as you pet her and even meows gently outside your door, knowing which room you're in, and loves to cuddle and roll around. Overall, the entire trip felt very thoughtful and personalized.

RryzhangWhen visiting Emei Mountain, my top choice has to be The Le Méridien right next to Baoguo Temple. As an international chain, their service is professional and impeccable. Before check-in, Xiao Hui from the concierge team confirmed our itinerary, arranged for high-speed rail station pickup, upgraded our room, and even provided an extra breakfast for our child. The service truly was faultless. The hotel's breakfast also offered a wide variety of delicious options. For dinner, the hotel is conveniently located right next to Ma Lu Qiao Food Street, where there are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. In terms of transportation, it's about 800 meters, or a 10-minute walk, to the Baoguo Temple stop at the tourist center. Overall, the hotel left a wonderful impression on me, and I look forward to another opportunity to visit Emei Mountain and stay here again.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing stay. First time in Emei and while this isn't a walkable hotel, the hotel staff took such good care of me. They helped organize taxis, tea farm visit, rides to the bus station to get to the summit and Qingyin Pavilion, food everyday for breakfast and dinner (I'm celiac and they were able to serve me food every day twice a day that never made me sick, very impressed). The hot springs in the room stayed perfect temperature all the time and were a great nourishment after long day to the summit or hikes. They even did a tea service for us when asked about tea. Well worth the cost and then some. Make sure to get WeChat so that you can message them, that's where all the coordination and help happened the easiest (since I don't speak Chinese).

GGuest User🥰 The perfect haven after conquering Golden Summit, a true retreat for mind and body! Just finished my trip to the Cloud-Kissed Golden Summit, and this hotel provided a comfort far beyond my expectations. The environment is elegant, surrounded by mountains and a lake. Waking up to the misty lake in the morning created a perfectly serene atmosphere. Dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Saturday's buffet dinner, with its seafood and specialty dishes, felt very thoughtfully put together. Facilities: The private hot spring was a highlight. The water quality was excellent, and the privacy was superb – truly a godsend for relaxing tired muscles after a hike. Service: The staff were warm and attentive, handling every detail with great care. From its location and environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is very close to the Emeishan tourist center, yet not right on the main road, making it very quiet with excellent views from the window. Facilities: Although the hotel has been open for a while, and some facilities show their age, everything is very clean and all essential amenities are provided. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it offers a good variety of Chinese, Western, cold, and hot dishes, and there's plenty of seating. For dinner, you can order freshly stir-fried dishes, and the prices are quite reasonable. Service: The service was truly excellent. When checking in, there was a minor issue with my booking, but the front desk staff were very helpful in resolving it and even upgraded my room. Later, whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they were always patient and helpful. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I climb Emei Mountain.

GGuest UserIt’s my first time here and the scenery is breathtaking, unexpectedly beautiful. We were so lucky to encounter a heavy snowfall. Then we saw calligraphy works everywhere in the Jingjing Building, especially the big Chinese red character ”Fu”. Everything was fresh 💐. The blooming wintersweet flowers had a faint fragrance, and the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year was full. The customer service was also very considerate. The room had air conditioning and heating. Looking out through the balcony viewing window of the room, the green mountains covered in silver were particularly charming. At night, I fell asleep accompanied by the heavy snow that made the little potato in the south very excited. What I liked most was his quilt, which was soft and clean. I could lie down and relax all night until dawn, and all the fatigue of the year would be put aside. I kept absorbing negative oxygen ions in the morning, and I will come again next time! By the way, their bamboo shoots are also a major feature. Of course, my favorite is the twice-cooked pork, which is very delicious when eaten with rice.

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

There's so much to do there, and their service was excellent – they even replaced my wet towels. Breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious. This will definitely be my top choice for hot spring trips to Emei Mountain in the future!

The layout with a large bed and a small bed was well-designed, and the cleanliness was impeccable – floors and walls were spotless, and the bedding was fluffy and clean. The service was warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The location is excellent, within walking distance to attractions, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room had a great view, with mountains visible right from the window. It was super relaxing for our family vacation, and I highly recommend it to families with children!
