Find 2-Star Hotels in Borobudur

This time I went to Borofutu, and went up the mountain at about four o'clock to watch the sunrise and 8:30 tickets. The hotel is a homestay, but it is very clean. Gas water heater, the water temperature is right, and the shoes need to be taken off outside. It is very close to the Borofutu scenic spot from here. You can use it, there are supermarkets and snack streets around. By the way, I think of watching the sunrise on the mountain and finding a motorcycle driver to get off the bus. They will take you to the place to buy tickets for the mountaineering. The fare has to be talked about by yourself.

Directly in the garden of Borobudur scenic area, including two tickets to climb the tower, no need to bother to make an appointment to buy tickets, there will be a tour guide to take you to climb the tower at 8:45 in the morning, most of the Indonesian tour guides are good at taking pictures. Excluding the scenic area tickets, the hotel price is 790K including two breakfasts, which is worth it. The room is large and the breakfast is also good. The hotel can send a car to DAGI (the top of the small mountain in the scenic area) for free, where you can watch the sunrise. In Indonesian hotels generally have restaurants and the prices are not expensive, so you don’t have to bother looking for a restaurant.

Good place to stay, with nature feeling. 20minutes to walk to the entrance of the temple park. Thai restaurant nearby with very tasty food.

I had a delightful stay at this small family home stay. Tomo and his wife were incredibly sweet, always accessible, and genuinely helpful. Opting for the deluxe room was a great choice – clean, and the daily cleaning option was appreciated. The traditional breakfast was delicious and healthy. The proximity to Borobudur temple and local eateries, combined with a quiet atmosphere, made the location great. A few minor suggestions for improvement include proper netting on ventilator holes in the room, fixing the squeaky bathroom door, and loud noises from the bathroom air con. Overall, a lovely place with a welcoming family touch.

This hotel and cafe is within walking distance of Borobudur. It's in a very quiet location and easy to find – the cafe is right next to the road. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room that day for some reason. I tried asking the owner, and he recommended waiting three minutes, but the water never came. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, so I had to work in the cafe. Otherwise, the owner was very warm and pleasant, and the food was delicious – I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner there. It's quiet, but I was awakened at 4 a.m. by loud Muslim prayers because there's a mosque nearby. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and had a good rest. The room and bed were clean. Very warm hospitality from the owner Mrs Atik and husband. The room is comfortable, with 2 queen beds. We love the view so much. Very near to Borobudur and surrounded with lovely views and beautiful places to explore. Near the Gereja Ayam also. Very convenient to stay here with family and friends while enjoying the nature.

It's been a long time since it's built, so there's a lot of slapstick, but if you think you're just sleeping, there's no problem. Wi-Fi is flying in the room, and there are minimal amenities. The hot water in the shower also came out, and the night was quiet and the starry sky was really beautiful. It is delicious to choose from about 4 kinds of breakfast. It is close to the Borobudur ruins. You can go on foot. There are rice shops and India Mart around the hotel, so there is no problem. I think the staff is only good and the hotel is suitable for the price.
