Semua baik. Udh langganan. Kamar bersih. Bisa akses kolam renang. Minus nya cm 1, receptionist nya ga 24 jam. Mungkin bs improve spy receptionist nya jaga 24 jam.

I checked in around 8:30 pm after traveling from Malang. After I got the room and went there, I found the AC was leaking. Then I informed the reception. Engineering came to check, I thought they would replace the new room, but apparently not. I waited for them to check, because I was going out again for dinner. After they finished, I left the hotel. I returned to the hotel and rested. Around 3 pm, a staff member tried to open the room and we woke up and asked, they asked if the AC could be used? AT 3 AM WHEN GUESTS ARE RESTING!! Is that normal?? We slept with the AC not functioning properly in the heat of Surabaya.

Overall during my 2 night stay, the best thing was their hospitable, kind and friendly staffs. All of them was very nice even simply lending us a food utensils. The room is quite 🤏small but tidy and clean. There is no any amenities at all like body soap or even toothpaste on their bathroom. Even a towel is not there. Just very sad about that. What is make it even worse is my room is on the first floor just under the stair where i found its quite destructive of noises from the guests or people that go up and down during my stay. I got ******* from the noises behind the wall from the outside corner during my first night which make me couldn't sleep well. Lastly, there is no fan to circulate air in the bathroom at all so we need to open the door to make sure there is air from the AC enter the bathroom. It is kinda weird i think.

This is the best hotel i could find when i go travelling in Surabaya. I like how the towel is wrapped by plastic showing that its new and not used by other. The facility also is good, theres a refridgerator that you can use to cool foods and drinks. The wifi is also good and fast. The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm.

Staff: Very welcoming, polite, and accommodating. Room: Comfortable beds, great air-conditioning. Amenities: Breakfast, WiFi connection, restaurant, coffee bar. Good • Nearby convenient store, Indomaret. • Nearby mall, Tunjungan Plaza. • Nearby market, Pasar Kembang. Bad • Breakfast wasn't great, minimal selections. • There's an entrance fee whenever entering the area via vehicle. • Toilet floor was slippery when it's wet. • WiFi connection was slow.

Had a great time. The environment was good and all the fasilities provided could be enjoyed. Definitely will come again in the future. I faced some difficulties but it was handled well bt the workers.

The room setting its not right looks very tight if put the table in front of bed....its hard to move around It must be free excess to bed think about emergency ppl get out from bed will hit the table and the cabinet Safety first ....... Bed sheet not too clean color is become dirty looks Need to put bycline or change Need elevator for old people or ppl with feet problem Reception need in open area not in the hiding place so.ppl more welcoming feelings

1. The service is great, the price is reasonable, and they provide blankets and slippers—unlike other hostels in Surabaya, which either lack blankets or storage lockers. 2. The bathroom could use more hooks and shelves, as there’s not enough space to hang clothes conveniently.

Full facilities, refrigerator, TV, water heater, strategic region Close to food sellers, don't worry about the popularity of a lot of food sold in the area, especially in the morning there is a market

Good service, friendly, location is very close to the ampel mosque, the price is not expensive, not cheap ... just yesterday there was a little.. experience.. in the middle of the night I want to urinate,,, the water is not running.. *************find water in the next room get..
