SSzn YiVery nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

HHeartleighI stayed at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The location is very accessible, with fast-food restaurants, malls, tourist attractions, and the metro all nearby. The place is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. I arrived very late, around 1:40 AM, but they still welcomed me without any issues, which I really appreciated. My room was also great, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay even more convenient. They also offer free drinks like coffee, tea, and water, along with some nice amenities. Overall, I would rate this hostel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.

GGgyydaochupaoThe location is great and the staff are really helpful. It's a huge bonus that the kitchen supplies are free. However, your experience really depends on your roommates. If you end up with snorers or messy people, it can be a real headache. I did, so I asked the front desk to help me switch rooms, and they were very cooperative and changed it immediately. Overall, it was still a good experience.

TTommeyA very central hostel, 20min walk to the central station and 20 min walk to the dueomo, quiet area, where it is nice to have a walk, and discover the streets. Nice park nearby. The place is decent, and nice, had a bed in a 2 person dorm which is good and comfortable, and the big bathroom is in side the room. The employees are nice and friendly. Very good experience.

GGuest UserHostel with good value for money. Very welcoming and attentive staff: the first evening of my stay, I had a small problem with my bed and a solution was found the next day. The all-female dormitory I stayed in was perhaps a little small for six people and the bathroom could perhaps do with a little updating... Little extra: the metro 30 meters away which takes you to the center in 10-15 minutes.

AAnonymous UserIf you’re wondering why this place has got such a low rating, I’m wondering too. I stayed one night here for transit and this hostel is huge as though they transformed a school complex into a hostel. My room was on the 3rd floor and things there are nicely renovated. The mattress and duvet cover they offer you are odourless, not the cleanest but acceptable. Inside the room everything seem decent. They have a large common room and you can see some people there working at night. If you are staying in Milan and is on budget, this place is worth the “risk” if that low rating bothers you alot. Just saying it because I am fine with anyplace as long as i can have a good night sleep. Hope this helps.

GGuest UserС трудом смогли найти. Вечером в районе, где находится отель лучше не выходить на улицу, не безопасно. По-русски вообще не разговаривает никто. Спасибо мужчине, кто встретил нас на ресепшне за помощь через переводчик он всё-таки сделал всё чтобы нам помочь! Очень трудно найти вывеску с названием отеля из-за чего в поиске потеряли ещё добрых минут 15-20 минимум (ходили кругами).
