very beautiful and spacious hotel with hospitable staff. The hotel is very beautifully decorated for Christmas, the atmosphere of a cozy holiday did not leave the entire period of stay in the hotel. Choose a hotel room carefully; you won't be happy with a room facing the wrong direction. However, after some discussion, the change was relatively normal. Location is the main advantage. If location isn't a concern, I'd also stay at the Belmond, which I think offers a better overall resort atmosphere. But the rooms are just so-so. Overall, it's a safe stay. The experience wasn't particularly outstanding. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent enough. I tried both breakfast and late-night snacks in the room, and they were both terrible... The bar with the view was the best option. The concierge recommended a new opera, which was also okay. But the overall service to Chinese people was mediocre. We always had to wait the longest for the water taxi, even though we were the first to call. So, after initially tipping generously, I was already getting angry...

The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Check in and check out was super smooth. Breakfast was delicious and the entire hotel has such a vibe. The bar was also so nice to sit at after a busy day exploring the city. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again.

The Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

Milan is generally average I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate. First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂 The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy. The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.

Located in a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, next to Santa Sofia Metro Station, the hotel lobby is just across the street from the metro exit. Conveniently situated, it's a 15-20 minute walk or a two-stop tram ride to the cathedral and the city center. The front desk and hotel staff are patient and attentive; highly recommended.

Mandarin Oriental is also designed by Italian designer Antonio Citterio, who is the main creative designer of BB furniture and also the most important Italian luxury hotel designer. I am really happy to be able to stay here.

LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING. TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nemi Hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They made sure we have everything we need. Room was spacious, clean, new and fully air conditioned (which was super important to me!). Will definitely stay there again next time!

This hotel embodies the unique European concept of a 'small luxury hotel.' Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Duomo and the Galleria in Milan. At night, after the crowds disperse, you can enjoy the stunning dome all to yourself under the quiet lights – the view is incredible directly from your room. From the reception area to the corridors, the rooms, and the restaurant, there's a pervasive artistic atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
