New Hotels in Milan

"I wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest. Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it. Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night. Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy... When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen. Note that the mini-bar is not free."

"The hotel was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Breakfast was really good and the restaurant was beautiful. Loved the place. There are still ongoing constructions which was not a surprise but naturally it affects the cleanliness and the feel of the place."

"I stayed for eight nights. The first room was quite small but acceptable; the second one was much better and more comfortable. The bathroom was very good and modern, although the lighting — both in the room and bathroom — could be improved. The hotel has been recently opened and feels like a modern business-style hotel. Cleanliness was good throughout my stay. Amenities such as a kettle, slippers, or toiletries are only available upon request, which might be inconvenient for some guests. The staff was polite and responsive. The location is excellent — right in front of Porta Venezia metro station (not Lima), just three stops from the Duomo, and also very convenient for reaching the fairgrounds. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just across the street. Overall, the service could still improve a bit, but it’s a good value for money. I would stay here again."

"The auntie who was traveling alone in Milan was very welcoming and answered all my questions. The room was also very clean. There was a metro station right outside, a 20-minute walk to the Milan Cathedral, which was very convenient. As long as they didn't cheat other Chinese people, that was all that mattered."

"Hotel is alright, especially considering the low price we got it for. Please note that the hotel isn’t really at the street, you take a tunnel of about 30m to the actual property. That said, the hotel did its job for everything else alright. The bed was huge, but not very comfortable. Not too bad though. Bathroom is large and the shower works very well. Fridge is not working well (and full with crazy expensive mini bar items) Aircon worked well even in 35C heat. Full points here. Location is close enough to the metro, some cafes around, some supermarkets, it’s not the most lively area but not bad either. Not a bad stay overall."

"Although it's a three-star hotel, it has five-star quality. The hotel is very new, having only opened in 2026. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is a bit out of the way; you mainly rely on taxis to get around. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean."

"Very small hotel without any amenities - not great value for money. Staff service was nice and the rooms are new and clean, but there are better options. Location is also a bit strange and difficult to find the entrance. Would not recommend."
