We stayed here for a weekend tournament. This was very conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and gas. The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was pleasant. The rooms have a small fridge and large desk space. The lobby has two microwaves available as well as a cute dining space. Breakfast was basic, but enough. There was no indoor pool and that's the only thing this place was missing for travel with kids.

Front desk staff was so kind and helpful finding late night food in the area. The hotel was nice and clean with updated modern decor. The rooms were as pictured. It was a moderate distance from Hersheypark which was the reason for the stay. Breakfast in the morning, was fantastic!

I have always loved this hotel until last year when I couldn’t stand the Pet all over the space, I had to book this weekend because I had no choice. I was so glad when I got there that they no longer accept pets in the facility. I enjoyed my stay .

Perfect location…. Clean cozy … polite staff Only issue was that the WiFi was not great But not a deal breaker Will book again when we come to Hershey Park

I ordered a suite with a separate bedroom in July for a birthday party in November. We arrived to find out our RESERVATION room was given away and we were stuck with our grandsons in a room with 2 double beds. I was not happy upon arrival but they did everything to make us happy. We got some $ back plus Trip.com gave us trip coins towards our next reservation

Location was easy to find and close enough to where we’re going. Facilities were older otherwise they were clean. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Very good leisure resort hotel, the scenery by the river is beautiful, there is a children's playground next to the residential area, and the facilities are great. The hotel's open-air swimming pool is very clean. The coffee bar downstairs can provide hot water and fruit.

The room was clean. There was loud noise after 10pm-12am though, which wasn't so great for sleeping. When I booked our room it said it included 2 breakfast...the ”breakfast” is.....granola bar, a cup of coffee, and a cup of orange juice. Was very disappointed with that.

Cheap, McDonald's, Merlot and other restaurants at the door. Across the road is a cheap supermarket. Things are cheap.
