Hotel is ok, not new but clean and tidy. The basic equipment and facilities of big-name hotels are still guaranteed. There is not much risk in choosing this type of hotel. There are many friends and sisters in Syracuse, so it is necessary to go to the wrong place.
had a pleasant stay at this simple, clean and comfortable hotel in Syracuse. The room was well kept, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The location is convenient, with several food establishments nearby, making it easy to grab a meal without travelling far. It’s a good option for a straightforward, fuss-free place to rest.
Overall, a nice and reliable hotel in a convenient part of Syracuse.
I want to first start out by saying that the staff was incredibly kids and helpful (I think his name was BJ, but I could be wrong). The rooms were Beautiful!! Newly reconvated, clean, full size fridge and other things in each room to make it feel like home.
The gia t storage building out front was built in a terrible location and they should just tear it down. Also the Libby was under construction but I'm sure I'll be up and running soon.
The room was very dated and had a musty odour. we booked a smoking room but werent expecting it to have cigarette burns and stains on the bedspread. Pillows were very thin. There was tissue shoved in the hole of a second door. There was a light coming from inside the bathtub drain. very strange?? No table lamps. Only one receptacle outlet behind the beside table. The fridge was only cool and had puddles of water inside.
The air conditioning worked well and the T.V. had a good channel selection. I wouldn't book at this place again.
