I genuinely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel; I'm completely won over after staying here! I arrived in the early morning, and the airport pickup was perfectly on time. The driver was incredibly kind, spoke standard Mandarin, so communication was seamless. Unlike many hotels that use vans for pickups, they arranged a business car directly. Seeing how exhausted I was from my journey, the driver even offered to turn on the seat massage function so I could rest, and my fatigue instantly melted away. The driver mentioned that this is their family property, they don't do much online advertising, saving that money to invest in facilities and services, which is incredibly practical. The hotel facilities are new and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I feel it's on par with hotels like 'All Seasons' and offers amazing value for money. Let me share a small detail from my stay: I accidentally dropped an earring into the sink and panicked. But when I opened the sink trap, it was incredibly clean, and there was even a funnel-like design that caught the earring directly. To have such attention to detail is truly impressive. Furthermore, the hotel's bedding was excellent; the pillows were so comfortable, and it was very quiet. I think it's perfect for business travelers or those with layovers. What touched me the most was when my period suddenly started in the middle of the night. It was very late, and I called the front desk to ask where I could buy supplies. To my surprise, the hotel had already prepared these for female guests. They even gave me several extra pads, gently saying, ”Girls understand,” and I was instantly warmed by their thoughtfulness. They also offer complete services like airport drop-off and wake-up calls. When I had an early morning flight, the front desk specially prepared hot milk, eggs, and bread. The staff member's attitude was consistently wonderful. From pickup to check-in and then to drop-off, I was incredibly well taken care of throughout. They don't bother with flashy promotions; it's all about genuine service and quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time! It was fantastic!!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-15 minute shuttle ride to the airport, and ride-hailing services can get you to Jianyang City in around 10 minutes. Plus, it's located in an area with a variety of dining, accommodation, and entertainment options. The room facilities are complete, tidy, and clean. The desk, lounge chair, and sofa are all well-arranged, and reminders, warnings, and reservation information are all meticulously provided. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a Jinjiang member of Vienna Hotels, I have two small suggestions: 1. When closing the sliding bathroom door, the hand groove can easily overshoot due to inertia, potentially pinching one's hand. Perhaps a stopper could be installed on the upper slide rail, or a decorative barrier board could be added to the right wall. 2. Possibly because it's a new hotel, there was still a strong formaldehyde smell when exiting the elevator on the 11th floor. I recommend having a professional company perform formaldehyde reduction treatments several times.

Housekeeping was also very prompt in responding to requests. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything working perfectly. The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport and offers 24/7 shuttle service. My husband accidentally booked a double room when traveling with our child, but we paid the difference to upgrade to a triple room. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and not facing the street. It took only 14 minutes to get to the airport, and the shuttle service was quick. I was very satisfied with the service; the front desk even helped me with my luggage since I had a lot. Overall, I'm quite happy with it. Good, recommend.

The room was big and clean. I have stayed at the airport several times and this room service is the best value for money. Free pick up and delivery is also very fast. The driver also offered to help me carry my luggage. There are also many kinds of snacks around the hotel. The hotel has an elevator for easy loading and unloading of luggage. The hotel is conveniently located right behind Jianyang South Station, just a 15-minute drive from Tianfu Airport. I arrived at midnight, and there were still restaurants and convenience stores open downstairs, which was really handy. Although the elevator is a bit old, the room itself was clean and modern, and came with toiletries. The air conditioning was strong, and the hot water was excellent. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a great choice for travelers catching high-speed trains or regular trains.

I've stayed here twice when traveling to the airport, and even though I've tried other hotels nearby, I'll definitely choose this one again in the future. As a chain hotel, the rooms are clean and odor-free, and the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money. All rooms are on the ground floor. They offer breakfast in the mornings. This hotel is a bit further from the town center compared to others, which means it's quiet at night and easy to get a good night's sleep. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the airport, and even if you're not flying the next day, they'll also take you to the high-speed rail station or subway station.

Hotel provide free airport shuttle service to pick up and drop off for 24 hours. Very convenient for overnight transit travelers. The rooms interior with modern design, clean and comfortable. This hotel is not facing the main road, Pro is quite environment, and con is a short walking distance to food street.

The bed was huge, but the location was a bit out of the way, up in the mountains, which made it very quiet. It was close to the airport, and they even provided bread and milk. The facilities were all good, with strong A/C and water pressure. The only downside was quite a few bugs. They also offered airport shuttle service! All in all, great value for the price!

The room was very spacious. It was very clean and put together. The staff was very friendly. The issues we had with this place was that there were roosters in the morning all the way until the evening that did not stop. If you need a good alarm clock maybe this would be a good place to stay🤣. The hotel was also not as close to the airport as it may seem. The drive was about 20 minutes, but they did offer shuttle service. I would recommend staying closer to the city unless you were trying to leave the next day at the airport.
