"The kitchenware is complete, I bought green onions and eggs to cook instant noodles. Self-service check-in is also convenient, but I forgot the check-out time (11:00), and I couldn't get in when I returned to the hotel at 12 noon. I called the customer service number and they re-wrote the card for me to pick up my luggage remotely. The customer service automatically replied that I didn't need to worry about the broken cup and no compensation was required. Check-in process: There is a door opening password and check-in QR code in the email. Enter the lobby and scan the check-in QR code with the card writing machine, and take the card and write the card according to the prompts"
