The hotel was in a great location - walking distance to everywhere and only ten minutes from the bus stop coming from the airport. Lots of bars and eateries near-by and not far from the main shopping area in one direction and the football stadium in the other. The bedroom was spacious and clean but pretty basic. The room was quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent (apart from the coffee) and the hotel had a small bar and seating area that was usually busy. A decent spot that is usually well-priced ( I was there for rugby and it was over-priced!)

The location is very convenient, only around a 10-minute walk from Bilbao city centre. Breakfast was excellent, with both made-to-order options and a buffet. There was also a great variety of fresh fruit. The front desk staff and breakfast team were all very friendly and welcoming. Although my room faced a residential area, it was surprisingly quiet with almost no noise at all. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very pleasant stay here.

Pension Ama Bilbao was excellent and well located in centre of Bilbao old town disctrict and great for wandering and seeing the sites and amazing bars and resturaurants in area. I had minor difficulty with my automated checkin on arrival as one of the online forms would not work on my device, but calling the support number a member of team was able to sort this out and issue access codes for my and my friends and we were able to complete the admin later next day. Staff memeber were friendly in helping to store our luggage for last day to make it easy for use to enjoy morning and afternoon in town before we left for our next desination. I would highly recomend staying here again as facilities are very modern, beds are comfortable and rooms well equipped and insulated for noise outside making stay very pleasent.

This is an apartment hotel located next to the British company, with subway to the train station and bus station, very convenient. Downstairs and nearby many restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. You can download the hotel's app, you can use your mobile phone to unlock it, which is very convenient. highly recommended!

Very nice and helpful staff on reception.came into their own when my son lost his I phone and were really helpful. Rooms were clean and showers good..air con worked well Had kitchen facilities so useful. Metro and shops nearby and easy to use.. All round a good place to stay and convenient for local tours.

If you just want to find a place for overnight and a quick shower, this is the one. Its 10 mins walk from famous museum, and if you need to park, hotel will arrange a partnership parking slot, which is huge and cost eur16, which you can enter and exit anytime, and is around 10 mins walk from hotel.

It's the second time you hosted me in this accommodation, it's very comfortable, near the metro, the attention is incredibly kind, the rooms are usually very large, clean and modern, the only thing, This time I had to pick up a single room since nothing left, the bed though already pony that is a single ... I think it would be amazing that it was a little bigger than 80cm, missing a large body towel, The dressing table is the coffee table.. which made it impossible to hang your clothes as long jackets and boil the water ... I recommend you to change the site or the coffee table and boiler or the dressing table, for the rest all right.

Overall good experience, good stay, good price, good sized room. Location was good. Beds were comfortable and not too small. Room was basic but we knew that going in. There was a microwave wave and fridge. It took us a while to figure out the air conditioning but it worked. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Some issues were that it being a dorm it didn’t have things that you would find in a hotel room like a blow dryer or cups. So we could heat water in microwave but we had to buy cups to hold the water in. If we had access to a kettle or a blow dryer or mugs, even paying to rent one would have made things easier. The laundry room did not accept coins so we had to download an app to wash our chonies. I’m not sure giving some app my credit info to be able to clean my chonies was worth it.
