"The room was small. We stayed for three days, and not once did the hot water in the bathroom work properly – it was either scorching at 80 degrees or lukewarm at 30. The hotel's own parking lot is tiny, so we had to park in a public lot 500 meters away, which cost $24.17 per day. The upside is the great location, right across the river from the museum and the business district."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action."

"Best hotel I have stayed!!! Thank you very much for every detail specially for the baby. There was a cot, baby bath, all bathroom amenities for the baby and ever to milk heated! "Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very modern and clean, the rooms are massive with good facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is also in an excellent location with amazing transport links (there is a direct bus from/to Bilbao airport). Both myself and my parents felt this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in (especially given the price), and would certainly be staying here again if we are to return to Bilbao"

"La verdad es que relación precio/calidad está muy bien. La habitación, la cama y el baño eran cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena en pleno casco viejo de la ciudad. No tiene ascensor pero es solo un piso por escalera por lo que no es grave, pero puede ser tenido en consideración para alguien con alguna dificultad o con demasiadas maletas. En nuestro caso muy buena experiencia. Sería bueno que incluya algún hervidor eléctrico y algún frigobar para poder tener algo de agua y/o tomarse alguna infusión más allá del desayuno."

"Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping district and close to bars and eateries.  Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which is unusual but well received. About 20 mins in a taxi from Bilbao airport.  Service was good at check in/out.  Roof top bar is a nice offer with a variety of drinks.  I would stay here again."

"Just opposite Metro 50metres in the heart of Bilbao,lovely hostel I have booked 4beds mix dormitory ensuite bathroom and toilet with terrace.The lobby has cafe and coffee shop bar.the restaurant is on 6th floor Overalls I like this hostel very much. Don’t forget get to buy 10 pass metro and bus 8 euros can get 6 trips this card can be used to Funicular to the mountain if u buy there is 3.5 euros return trip 6 euros the pass is very valuable"

"The location is very good, I feel that this is a veteran five-star hotel with a strong Basque style design. The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Next to the park, walk to the Basque Museum for 5 minutes and Guggenheim for 10 minutes. I recommend."
