Find 3-Star Hotels in Pekanbaru

There is ice cream near the lobby, and the room is spacious. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Always enjoying in here for staycation. Whether with a partner, solo trip, it's really suitable here with affordable price.

All good. Only X room phone works. I have told the staff but no one has come to fix it. Increase security in the hotel. Because the front room was busy, but no one came. Whatever service and food are all the best. Clean room. Clean hotel. God willing I will come again.

First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service.

The accommodations were satisfactory for a three-star hotel. The flooring consisted of a luxurious wool carpet, and the room's décor was tasteful. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited.

Not bad, I hope to make persistent efforts, and go to the next level, Facilities: good, hope to keep it Hygiene: good, I hope to continue to maintain Environment: good, I hope to continue to maintain Service: Good, hope to keep it Good.

Nice and clean, at that price you can get breakfast for a husband, wife and one child. Also close to the market but unfortunately the parking lot is cramped

The hotel's location seemed good, but access to the city center was challenging due to poor street planning and traffic management. The room was okay, but the shower didn't work properly (water leaked from a large hole in the shower head, for some reason). Also, on the first day (or rather, evening), cigarette smoke wafted into the room. On the plus side, it was close to inexpensive local restaurants and juice bars. The hotel staff was relatively friendly.

The hotel is great, really comfortable. It's suitable for solo travelers or even families, and the service is excellent.

This hotel was very peaceful and welcoming. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. Everything felt well-designed and quiet.Staying here was like a dream. The quiet and peaceful feel gave me the best sleep in months. A beautiful place to relax. Good but always absent reception. Small lobby area
